Here's a company that will sell you the world whether its complete garbage or not. Our RV Canada Wildwood Grand Lodge was in sorry need of warranty work but the big surprise is no luck even getting an appointment. I've called three times and just gave up, probably what they want. What a disgusting way for a company to operate. The trailer itself is complete garbage. Everything we touch falls apart. Window and door trims droop to the ground. The kitchen faucet flew apart and drenched the kitchen and contents. The drawers have started to literally fall apart. I could go on and on. Be warned everyone, stay away from this failing excuse for customer service AND the brand mentioned. 70k plus dollars....poof gone without a hope in hell of recovering even half of it. DO NOT EVER BUY AN RV FROM RV CANADA! Like everyone else has mentioned here their customer service is absolutely horrible. It took us almost 2 years after purchasing to even get our RV looked at. We purchased at the end of season 2023. We noticed immediately the first time we drove it that the siding was flopping on one side. We called. They told us no problem. It's covered under your warranty when you bring it in we'll fix it. The following season, we noticed that the rubber seal around the slide was ripped. We contacted them again and advised of this issue. Again we were told don't worry it's under your warranty when you bring it in. Keep in mind that every time we try to call and advise of these issues it takes us several weeks to get a hold of anybody! So we just brought the RV in last month finally! They emailed us to advise that the slide was not installed correctly. It's installed too much to the right therefore it's rubbing on the rubber seal. They said it's not covered under warranty!? then they said that they checked the siding and that it appears that from the manufacturer it's missing staples in siding. However, in order for them to fix that they have to take apart some of the siding. This also apparently is not covered under warranty!? So how do I end up paying almost $80,000 for a Jayco trailer that has nothing covered under said warranty? Oh and this would be the part about how their financing is an absolute SCAM!! Also, why would you keep telling me every time I called that these issues will be covered under my warranty and then I bring it in and you charge me $400 for the service call only to tell me that nothing is covered under my warranty?? DID I INSTALL THE SIDING? NO! DID I INSTALL THE SLIDE? NO! SO HOW THE HELL IS IT NOT COVERED BY THE MANUFACTURER??? My advice is STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!! read more

If I could give them a zero I would. Bought a new unit 12 months ago and it has been in repair for 7 months. Rude arrogant staff...refuse to do anything...invite me to sue them instead if doing their jobs. One would think it does not take 7 months to fix a door hinge. They say they got new parts...they don't they bang the old ones back into place and leave you with scratches and dents. I have had the RV for 2 months and don't even have a mattress for the bed and no keys to lock the door to the RV. Several emails, voicemails, messages and calls to Sean Montgomery Sales Manager, Bassem Alsabbagh Finance and Brandon Leonard Service Manager. Some very sensitive health issues arose and we needed to rush things but they did not care one bit! I was looking to purchase a class B motorhome during their sale. I am not located in Ottawa,so negotiations were done via phone and email. After 3 days of back and forth we finally came to an agreement. I emailed the sales person my drivers license and credit card information, expecting them to send me a sales agreement......NOPE! After charging my credit card the agreed amount the sales person called to say they had just sold my unit to another buyer.... As pissed off as I was, I was glad I dodged a bullet on buying from this dealership. For the record they refunded my money immediately, but it takes 5-7 business days for the transaction to be reversed. So be warned..... you are only as important as your money. On July 20th, 2024, I was looking at a used coach, was just looking and was not planning on a purchase, I then met Graham Whitehead who is part of the sales team. Graham was great to deal with, answered questions i had and no pressure selling at all. Then came Sean Montgomery (Sales manager) who was also great to deal with, he made sure i was not leaving that dealership without purchasing the coach I was looking at, offered me a decent trade in for the motorhome I have and did NOT low ball the amount which now made me purchase the coach was just looking at to start with. So far so good, I did purchase the used coach with some minor repairs needed prior to pick - up in about three weeks. I hope the great experience continues when I pick up the coach, all I am expecting is for Sean and Graham's word to hold true with all that was promised ! ! Will updated soon !! read more

picked up our brand new 2022 Jayco june29,2023. $90,000 piece of junk. Too many issues to list After towing trailer 1 hour. Major was the AC/ fridge not working. The fridge has not been fixed yet. Do not ever purchase anything from RV Canada. Everything they tell you is a lie. They say they do inspections on motorized vehicles. They do nothing but produce a piece of paper saying that an inspection was completed. If your vehicle was imported be careful as they don't complete the import process. They are responsible for getting a letter of compliance showing that any recalls are completed. I don't know how they skipped this process as they never did the recalls. I am in consultation with the Ministry of Transport but things move slow. Important safety issues like braking systems are not looked at. An emergency egress window in the back of the motorhome was glued shut not allowing escape in case of fire. I could go on all day reference the problems experienced with this dealer. This dealership is large and encompasses many locations. Maybe because of their size the customer satisfaction is of little consequence. Cavet emptor, let the buyer beware! read more

The salesman and finance guy couldn't even look my girlfriend in the eyes while speaking with her. To top it off I was sold a broken unit that was supposed to be in working order and full of someone else's raw sewage. RV Canada is extremely unethical and Mr Butler should definitely have a look at their in house business practices before they ruin his reputation. After teaching a verbal agreement and arranging a time the next morning to sign for a new jayco, I received a message 5 hours later saying that they (RV Canada) were informed of incoming factory trailers and were no longer as interested in my trade and raised the price by approx 6 or 7k. This verbal deal was supposed to be held until the next morning so my wife could be present when I signed. She booked the following morning off only to find out around 8pm the evening before that the deal was off. I do understand this isn't criminal but I have never been misled like this before which caused a lot of stress and frustration. Why empower your staff to write contracts and negotiate if the store manager decides because of COVID he could profit more and arbitrarily raise the price. If you do shop there, ensure to get everything in writing and signed by the manager before you even go for lunch and discuss with your partner or the deal could be voided by the time you are back. On a good note, I did buy a new trailer elsewhere but will never recommend rv Canada to anyone. read more

Purchasing my new travel trailer from this dealer was the worst decision I ever made. Everything seemed to go great for the initial purchase, however the issue is with the service. when I received my new RV i would expect that the PDI would have been done completely but it wasn't. I have a leaking toilette, but slides to extend correctly causing bugs to enter, and my AC doesn't work correctly. I have been in contact Betty-jean and Austin with little to no help in getting anything rectified. trying to reach my sales person is equally as hard. read more

I brought my motorhome in because my slideout were not retracting and my leveling pad was blinking. My motorhome was there for 2 months before i got a call back, when i did they told me everything was working fine and when i got there nothing was working at all. Those people in the service dept. are not knowledge at all. The service manager ROB is a smart ass that also is not knowledge at all to repair motorhomes. I paid $1500.00 so far in parts and labor and still nothing works. There is a lot more bad reviews for rv canada that any other rv dealers. Rob told me that when they can`t find a problem with a motor assembly they change everything, what a looser... Please do not buy or get you rv repair with rv canada, you will be very very sorry. Bought a brand new 2021 jayco 27bhb. price came to 48k. Had it 4 days start of February then back to shop for almost one month and three weeks. Still not back in my driveway. had dent in backend. Dent in ceiling and tongue jack intermittently working. I have paid loan payment and insurance going on twice now. You would think they would check damage before selling it. Right now not happy. Haven't even been offered some compensation for this. I bought it early because guests were coming and could stay in it. It has really put us out. read more

After purchase service sucks. Our used class A had 4 dead batteries, which we only found out a couple of months later when a load was applied in Arizona. Had to buy 4 new ones in Yuma for $1500 U.S. Rear ladder broke, replaced in Yuma. 2nd toilet was clogged with a rock hard pyramid, which we found after we were almost to Arizona. read more

I purchased out Jayco white hawk 32BH in 2021. We were excited to get it as we heard amazing thing about Jayco products and RV Canada was recommended by a friend. While the purchasing process was smooth once we received our unit it went down hill from there. We picked up our trailer and right away noticed that the temperature gauge was switched. Inside was reading outside and vise versa. The process to get that fixed was horrible. We live 1 hour away from RV Canada and asked about a local Jayco dealer to assist us. We were given a name and this person completely avoided us not wanting to assist us so after a month of going back and forth with the service centre we had bring our trailer back to Ottawa to have this fixed. In Nov 2021 we had a list of things that needed to be fixed after using the unit for 1 season which I assume Is normal with the hauling. The list was the following Moulding in the bunk room over the slide is not attached Sensor in bunk room - can not retract slide without holding it Main door - moulding coming off Fridge door inside wooden cover is coming off Lights light around front bedroom window do not all work - outside lights Switch in kitchen under the extendable countertop - what is it for Outdoor kitchen locks do not stay locked and when traveling the outdoor kitchen opens on one side Lights on both awning lights are very dim. Outdoor kitchen cabinets do not stay latched closed Bunk room top cabinet does not stay latched closed Going through to winterize my unite I found a leak at the hot water by pass. Cold water side can we put this on the list as well To date we still have issues that were to be fixed but we are still having problems with Main door to inside trailer is still sticking even though it was replaced Hot water bypass is backwards Fibre glass on front of unit was fixed however it is still cracked in the inside bedroom window Outdoor kitchen clasp is still not latching. Kitchen drawer barring are bent (stripped) and the drawer does not close. We picked up our trailer April 2022 and this weekend while flushing it out my husband realized that the leak (number 11) was replaced but it was out on backwards. My husband called rv Canada service centre today May 16 2022 and spoke with Tyrone to advise them of this issue. That conversation started out with the service centre telling my husband that they could have a service person sent out in a month to fix our unit. (note this is the beginning weekend of camping and we have no hot water) my husband advised Tyrone that was unacceptable and this is not the first time we have dealt with this issue with that service person. Tyrone went on to tell my husband that our unit was out of warranty, we have Jayco warranty which is 2 years and we even bought that extended warranty for 10 Yrs. Tyrone then corrected himself saying yes we had the warranty. My husband asked Tyrone to send him the part so he could replace it as we are camping this weekend for 5 days with a 3 years old and hot water is definitely needed. Tyrone told my husband they could not provide the part over night as it had to go through warranty, Tyrone then told my husband to go out and buy it, hand in the receipt and they MAY reimburse him. At that point my husband advice Tyrone that we will not be dealing with them again. read more

In February 2012 we purchased a new Jayco Class C motorhome from RV Canada in Ottawa. We dealt almost exclusively with Mr. Garrick throughout the sales experience. He was a pleasure to deal with and continues to be so as we prepare for delivery. The negotiation for the sale was clear and honest and his post sale responses to our queries have been timely and courteous. The pricing at RV Canada is certainly competitive with the current market. Some of the initial financial arrangements were not as we would have expected but Mr. Garrick has been there to deal with our concerns. We are currently arranging a walk through and PDI for delivery at the end of March so we cannot comment on any service experience. However, we have requested some installations and have the PDI to deal with. Consequently we will be able to update this review in the near future. From the intial sales contact and sale with Mike Garrick at the Prince of Wales Store to Jackie, Jesse and Ray and Bob in Parts & Service at RV Canada in the Stitsville Service Centre, everything went smoothly and exactly as planned. This is our 3rd motorhome purchase and we have experienced the opposite with two previous RV dealers in Ontario so we we're definitely pleasantly surprised when the entire process was just as planned and stress free ! Purchased a 2020 Jayco Jayflight in fall. Immediately winterized by service and stores. Have had out on Seasonal campsite for three weeks, only camping on weekends, and water heater stops working. Paid big $$$ for this travel trailer with extended warranty, thermal package, pest sealant and onsite service to name some. Called for service on our water heater as hot water should be an emergency service.... was told it would be at least two weeks for even emergency service. This is unacceptable as families use RV's and trailers as their 2nd homes most times and need these service that they pay for ASAP! I called back a day after the two week mark for an update and the same Representative I spoke too that booked my service, now says he can't find our work order and still can get a tech out as they only have one! This is total BS and terrible customer service... if customers have to wait weeks for essential repairs then RV Canada needs to hire more technicians. This company is your best friend as you are signing papers and taking your money stating "if You have an issue, we send a tech right out to your site to fix the problem"..... really?! This will be the last business we do there or recommend to friends. Brand new trailer and they use cheap azz parts in water heater! read more

We were so happy with our onsite service. We had an electrical issue from last year that we could no longer live with. We called Rv Canada and explained we were about an hour and a half away I. A trailer park. No problem was thier reply. We booked an appointment for when we would be there for the whole week, Jamie was very prompt. He arrived at 9 am and was gone by 10. Everything was fixed and he also had some great advice. He was very professional and quite a nice guy. A thank you Rv Canada for providing such great service. read more

My husband and I got a trailer from these guys and it was the worst service ever. Not only was the staff rude, there was no help. We had to resort asking for a manager to get anything done. We were being avoided because THEY damaged our trailer and did not want to tell us. We told the manager and he did give us an in-store credit which was nice of him to do. Be careful with them. We got screwed on a lot of little things, if we hadn't throughly checked the trailer out, we would have left with the wrong keys / another broken part. Also, this was our first time buying a trailer, and they did not mention a thing to us about purchasing sway bars. By the time we got to Vancouver, we had a couple tell us how surprised they were that we had even gotten across Canada without the bars, as it is illegal. Thanks for nothing, RV Canada! read more

RV Canada Service Department is the worst in customer service I have ever encountered. They have no clue as to fixing a problem, in fact they go as far as telling you to post your problems on the RV Manufacturers Forum to get an answer. I have simple(?) problem - the door is locked and won't open. Just to have someone to look at it under warranty is going to take 3 weeks. I understand this is a busy time of year for them but what ever happened to Customer Service? They don't care about their customers so don't buy from them or expect to get any warranty work done if you're passing through. If I could give it a 1/2 star I would but that isn't even low enough. This is my second RV from RV Canada and I should have learned my lesson on the first one - stay away. read more

we bought 2 trailers from these people over 5 years. I don't know why we went back the second time but the new trailer we bought had so many manufactures problems no other dealership would take it off our hands. Sales dept have good staff but the service dept is the worst place I have ever experienced in the 30 years we have owed trailers. If this was a car dealership they would not be in business. I hear of people going to Quebec to get service on Jayco trailers because these people are so bad. The last trailer we went to another dealer and what a great relief. RV Canada is not registered with the BBB because they would never receive a good grade. Go somewhere else and safe yourself the grief and frustration. read more

RV Canada has two Ottawa locations - I called the Prince of Wales location to special order a part and was told the price was $318 + tax (I thought this was high so I kept searching). The following day I called their Stittsville location without realizing it was the same company and was given a price of $398 + tax for the exact same part. In shock, I told her that this was the highest price I've heard of in all my calls/research and she responded with "Well, for just today I can do $380 taxes in". I realized later in the day that both locations were RV Canada so I called in and asked to speak to a manager to get to try to understand this "wild west" game of pricing things. The guy didnt have a good answer and kept trying to back-peddle. Never offered any apology or compensation for attempting to rip me off. What a horrible RV center! There are other, smaller, more reputable shops than this joke. read more
