When I contacted him, he refused to return, ignored my messages, and never even provided a receipt. I'm still waiting for it. No accountability, no follow-up. He was there on time as promised and was able to diagnose my issues of concern and repair them in the same visit! He and his helper are very customer service oriented. So happy I found this company. I called Sunday afternoon because I had a non-functioning turn signal. The screws were stripped, and I couldn't get the lens cover off. Service was scheduled for first thing Tuesday morning. Antonio arrived on time. He was able to easily remove the stripped screw. He determined that this was not a burned out bulb, but the lighting element was broken. He was able to fix this on the spot, and he left me a bag of extra screws. They advised us on the seals and will recommend another company for cleaning and sealing of seams. I wish I could find these types of services in all states. The mechanic, Antonio, has helped us three times, and we have never had to complain about the issues he resolved. We serviced two different sleeper buses--one had an axle and thermostat issue, while the other had problems with the generator, inverter, and alternator. He promptly fixed everything at a reasonable cost, even traveling an hour to reach us. If I could give RV Express 10 stars it would more accurately reflect my experience with these professionals. We are on the road traveling and the air conditioning died. So I bought a brand new RV from camping world, being new I didn't think it would come with any issues. But I was wrong, I had a leak in the under carriage the slide outs would leak, the AC and furnace ducts were all messed up. Etc And the dealership was no help. The team came out to lift an AC unit and replace the gasket. as soon as they looked at the roof the job turned into a complete roof re-seal. team was very professional and took pictures that showed the problem. they then gave me an estimate to do the expanded scope of work. when the job was completed they gave me pictures of the repairs. even with the $44 over estimated price they saved me $250. right time, cost savers, I will bring them back in the future. read more
