I was having trouble with the airbags on my RV and feeling pretty frustrated. My daughter found a person that would come to my home to look at my RV. I called RV Frustrated, and to my surprise, Justin(the owner) came out the same day to take a look. That kind of responsiveness is rare these days.
Not only did he diagnose and repair the issue , but he also took the time to inspect a few other common trouble spots on coaches-- without me even asking. It shows he really knows RV's and cares about doing the job right. He left me with a simple task that I could complete myself and told me where I could buy the necessary pieces, but then came out the next day and completed the task with out any additional charge. That is service- not to mention his fee was way less than I would have paid at an RV shop that would have been difficult to get in for repair (and risk damaging RV if I had to drive it to the shop). We were on the road the next day!
Justin was professional, honest, and didn't push any unnecessary work. He explained things clearly, worked efficiently, and I felt like I was in good hands from start to finish. If you need someone who knows RVs and shows up when you need them, I highly recommend RV Frustrated.
