The bent hinge on the portable grill.

Put a down payment on an Aliner over the phone and made an appointment to pick it up. When we arrived, it didn't seem like they even remembered we were arriving. The Aliner was dirty. The woman who did a walk around did a reasonably good job explaining most things. When we got the Aliner home (8 hour drive away), the door didn't close because there was a defect in the hinge. I guess "dealer prep fee" didn't include making sure the door closed properly. Additionally, the door deadbolt wouldn't slide into the door jamb because the strike plate wasn't centered with the door latch/deadbolt. When I got the portable gas grill out, there was damage to the hinge of the gas grill. I feel like I got the "scratch and dent" trailer. I guess I should have inspected things more closely but I guess that was my fault for thinking the nearly $400 prep fee would mean these things get inspected, and maybe even the trailer get washed of crud, before I make the long drive to pick it up.

By far the best place in the Treasure Valley to get your new or used Camper Trailer. Locally owned and operated.

I called and Lynn gave me their hourly repair estimate which was a lot less than a local competitor's price, as well as getting me in the SAME day. The other RV place had a 3 week wait. I picked up my R Pod the following day and they said it was just a dirty burner. No repair, no extra charges or fixing things that didn't need it. Charged me one hour of labor for diagnostics and I was on my way. Great service, good communication and seem very honest without trying to dupe me.

** Avoid this place of business at all cost... **…read more I took my 27' Outdoor RV travel trailer into Lesh's to have it winterized (a $90 service). It is forecasted to be 19 degrees this coming weekend in the Treasure Valley and it is a must do in order to avoid future repairs... After dropping the trailer off, I was called an hour later and was told that it was all done. First thing I did when I got home with the trailer was to pull the outdoor shower out of the box and turn both the hot and cold sides open. Clear water gushed out of the shower head for a good 5 seconds - which SHOULD NOT happen if a trailer is winterized. When you are "winterizing" anything, that means NO WATER left in the system. Instead, RV antifreeze (9 times out of 10 pink in color) should come out, if anything. So the back shower was not winterized and with that much water left in the line, the plastic shower head would easily crack during an Idaho winter. I then checked the "lowest point" drains on the trailer. With my trailer, the valves are in the bathroom, underneath the sink. Unfortunately, that means that the slide has to come out in order to get into the bathroom. Then a panel has to be unscrewed and removed to get to the valves. That means that all the stuff under the sink has to come out. It was quite obvious to me that NONE of that was done. All of the items under the bathroom sink were in their original position. That means that the "low point" valves were not opened during the "winterizing" process. I went ahead and did all that I described above myself and sure enough, a puddle of clear water was laying out on the street after I opened the low point valves in the RV's bathroom. So now I am beyond suspicious of this shop... I then taped a white Q-Tip to the end of a thin rod. I stuck the rod down four different drains - shower, bathroom sink, both kitchen sinks - there was nothing but water on the end of the rod each time I did this. The antifreeze is pink and is easy to smell. A white Q-Tip would have easily shown pink antifreeze residue. I found NONE. Ok, so now I know something is up - I've just paid $90 for a service that was not done. One more thing to check. Might as well get a bucket and open up the grey tank sewage valve since I had completely emptied both grey and black tanks earlier in the day. Everything that I had researched on winterizing an RV stated that as much as 2 to 4 gallons of antifreeze (depending on size of RV) will be used in the winterizing process. Along with pumping antifreeze through the electric water pump, a half a cup to a full cup of antifreeze is supposed to be poured down every sink, the shower, and the toilet. Did any antifreeze come out of the grey tank and into my bucket. NOPE. Just a small amount of clear water that accumulated from driving the trailer to and from the service appointment. I suspect that all this shop did was to stick an air compressor on to the back of my trailer and then open up the kitchen faucet. That's it. 90 bucks please... The bathroom was not touched. The outdoor shower at the rear of the trailer was full of water. The "low point" drains were not drained. I cannot find antifreeze ANYWHERE within my trailer. Now I've got to contact my credit card company to dispute the charges and I've got to purchase all the tools/items necessary to winterize this travel trailer. This is a dishonest shop, avoid it, and realize that there are plenty of other choices in the Treasure Valley to go to for RV service. I'll be a DIY for winterizing my trailer moving forward...
