Our units are 17 and 15 years old respectively so I thought it might be time to see how much a new system would cost. This was my idea, it surprised the repairman. We are assigned a salesman- Tanner Scarber. He called us before the appointment time and called us again letting us know he ran into traffic and would be a few minutes late. This made a big impression on me - keeping us informed of his arrival and not keeping us in the dark. Tanner was pleasant and asked us a few questions then took a look at our units and the home. He asked us if we were satisfied with the cooling and heating we currently have. Yes. We told him we just wanted a quote on how much it would be to replace the units we have since they were getting old and didn't want them to die in the summer heat or winter cold. Tanner was not pushy, he didn't try to push us into a system that was expensive or something that we didn't need. He made sure that we received our discounts from Lennox and the gas company. He got right to the point of our unit. He understood that we could wait to buy and let us make the decision. No scare tactics. Tanner is just a person who you could trust.
