We couldn't be happier with the service provided. We had a fire hazard with a converter and I was in over my head. The problem was easily solved once the converter arrived. I gladly overpaid the price charged as he came twice but only charged me for one time. The service was excellent and accurate, the price charged was too low, and the communication as well as options provided as well as being willing to come to the literal middle of nowhere...we're never contacting anyone else ever again. You get overkill service for an incredibly low price! If I could give 10 stars for excellence I would do so! A microwave died in the process due to my stupidity but we feel safe to live in this unit again and upgrade the microwave from 2012. Mamma is happy and feels safe. Scheduled me less than a week for new install and that included the new unit having to be ordered. Arrived ahead of schedule as is normal with this company !
