We were then told the camper would have to be at least $31,000 -- roughly $9,000 more than the paperwork they had just prepared for us. We have the advertised price, text communications confirming the price, AND the purchase order they provided us. To make matters worse, the General Manager wouldn't even speak with us. We were told he would try to contact us tomorrow. We wasted 10 hours driving based on a price their own salesman confirmed, only to have them back out while we were literally on our way to the bank to get their cashier's check. Completely unacceptable. I would absolutely avoid this dealership. I've never worked with anyone more backwards, than this dealership.

The issue comes in when you settle on a unit and go to the office to talk price. They REALLY REALLY want you to finance. And we did not want to finance. We wanted to pay outright. Our salesman shows us the paperwork and immediately the price jumps up by about 4K. When questioned about it, the salesman leaves to go get his "boss" aka the upsell explainer... THEY want to add on a sway bar kit at just over $1k...for OUR safety. THEY wanted to add on another $300+ for a propane tank, with propane, and add water into the tank. THEN we were going to have a "complimentary walkthrough" to show all the systems and how they work. "Complimentary" costs another $1K. They attempted to nickel and dime excessive amounts of money for extras that we didn't want nor needed. Once I whittled them down from the extras we agreed to meet 2 days later to complete the sale. Well, our salesman was conveniently off that day, oddly. We got another dude. The whole charade starts again. Wanting us to finance. Wanting us to be safe with the whole sway bar package... Didn't want any of it. We rechecked all the campers we were interested in and AGAIN settle on the one we want. AGAIN, we are presented the offer with all the extras we DON'T want. I tell the sales guy what I am not willing to pay, basically all the unnecessary extras the continually plug. The sales guy leaves to talk to his "boss" aka the upsell explainer. This time, the extra "complimentary" service CAN NOT BE WAIVED. "Great! I will just take my deposit back and mosey on elsewhere." They quickly agreed to the deposit refund. We go home and shop locally and find what we are looking for from a person in our town that was selling his. Camping World had the gall to call several days later asking if we were still interested in being ripped off via ridiculous upsells... Nope!

In terms of pricing it was a little costly to rent the RV but after checking prices elsewhere it was in no way out of line with what you are going to get anywhere else. Considering that all their units are very new I would say it was actually a bargain. When I picked up the unit they gave me a brief and very helpful tutorial (being a first time user) and then off I went with a fully prepped and cleaned RV. The trip was over 4000 miles and 11 days. During that time we had not one problem with the RV. It was more than up to the task even when climbing large hills, as is necessary in Yellowstone. ;) On our return the checkout was very quick and my deposit and refund for miles not used was returned to me very promptly. Overall the experience was so enjoyable I am now planning to purchase my own travel trailer in the future. If, however, I ever want to rent again in the future I would not hesitate to use Lightnin RV again. I highly recommend them.

They want you to pay 600.00 to use their inspector! You think "their" inspector would have told you about the water damage? I think not!

They have been rebuilding the drive axles on my track cars for over a decade. I cannot source quality CV joints for my BMWs or Porsches, so have them rebuilt and serviced to retain the original quality parts that are now unavailable due to the "race to the bottom" that's occurred with nearly all auto parts, but half-shafts in particular have been destroyed by what were initially inexpensive, low quality Chinese knock-offs that then pushed the quality component manufacturers out of the market (or business, in some cases), and then raised their prices to the more expensive quality price-points! So you can pay or you can pay, but you'll only get a reliable results if you already have a quality component that needs services. Without the specialty services and skills of CV Source, it would become nearly impossible to propel any vehicle with reliable half-shafts over the long term. Please support your critical, increasingly rare, small businesses that have the skills and knowledge to perform these services!

We needed new axles for our MDX and I was looking for a place that did quality CV rebuilding work…read morebecause the place I used to use in downtown Atlanta went out of business. I discovered C.V. Source and reached out to the owner Jon through email and he replied quickly. He's a very straight-up guy and professional. He explained how they completely rebuild the CV axles inside and out inside their shop and have been doing it for 30 years and they only deal with OEM parts and that is exactly what I was looking for. Honestly some of these reviews I see on here make zero sense. This is not a body shop, you must remove the CV Axles yourself, and if you can't, have your auto mechanic remove them and then you bring them here to be rebuilt. Really an awesome guy, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. Personally, this is the best route to go as your OEM axles are coming from your car, so you know they will fit. I didn't want to use some cheap Cardone Remanufactured CV axles that might not fit, or worse yet, last 3 months and have to replace them all over again. Jon showed me how thin those axles parts are that they used on those cheap after-market cv axles. It is honestly scary. I'd highly recommend C.V. Source.
