As a result I have been taking my vehicle there for awhile now. Flash forward to yesterday...I recently bought a new car & wanted a hitch installed. Called & talked to Matt & he said to call him when the hitch came in. (It was delivered to my house about an hour later) When I called back Don said to bring it in around 10 am today. I hung around & the hitch was installed on my car 30-40 min later! Grant the fact that you don't need to be a rocket scientist to install one of these, I was impressed & more than happy that they were willing & able to install on such short notice, wow!! Don even adjusted the bill & gave me a discount. Who does that? Love him! (Matt too - good job!)
