Bought new tank from Toyota dealer and had Zim's replace tank. A week later tank leaking again, brought back to Zim's. After third time had same problems. Instructed to bring right in so it could be looked at and repaired since they would be closed tomorrow. The car was at his location by 8:15 Called after 1.....hadn't been looked at Called after 2.....still not looked at because someone else had been there all day. Had to ask if we should just come get it....answer was yes Car was in same spot.... No concern for young woman driving 12 hours alone Did not call & explain they would not be able to look at it today. They could have just told us not to bring it in if they weren't going to look at it. We ended up having to find another place to take it, where it was fixed within a few hours.

Highly recommend, Derek was easy to deal with. We knew what we wanted and contacted three…read moredealerships with Gauthier's being the furthest from our home. I told each dealer the same thing. " here is the model I want, I'm comparing prices and getting three quotes. Please give me your best price." The closest dealership (who I was hoping to do business with) gave me their price which turned out to be over $1000 more then the quote I got from Gauthiers. Sice they are close to my home I told them they were really high and to please sharpen their pencil. They took another $250 off and said that any lower they would lose money which is BS. The second dealer quoted me MSRP and said if I gave them a $500 non refundable deposit and bring in my lowest quote they would beat it. Really! I'm not playing those games. Bottom line, don't waste your time, call Gauthier's first and take the drive. With three dealers within 30 to 60 minutes of my house I chose to drive two hours to deal with Gauthier's. So far it's been a pleasure. Can't wait to pick up our new Rockwood tomorrow. Don't shop for your RV in the Berryland while whistling Dixie with your Dad and Paw Paw. Go to Gauthier's first.
