The upstairs still doesn't have heating and cooling properly balanced. Every "fix" just redirects it to one half of the upstairs. The unit also leaked in my attic and led to a mold issue. The "preferred" lenders they push you towards are also predatory. The lender I used matched my rate, said they would lock it in, and then did not do so and almost caused the deal to fall through. The only thing they have going for them is that the customer service is reasonably good. However, the fact that I am still having HVAC issues makes me question the quality of the vendors and contractors that they choose to do business with.

Bryant, our Craig representative, Lindsay in the design center and Ross, our Project Manager always greeted us with a smile and a "yes-we're-happy-to-do-that-for-you" attitude. They exceeded every expectation and truly went above and beyond. We were amazed not only at Craig's openness to customizations but their eagerness to suggest options for us while another builder got squirmy when I only asked about moving the pantry door. The quality of their materials and workmanship is evident in the absolutely beautiful finished product. The day of our final walk through, the president of the company himself was completing a final walk through of our home just as we arrived, as I've learned he does with every home they build. Also of note: every representative we worked with so obviously truly enjoyed their job and spoke fondly of their boss. That tells you a lot about a company. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Repairs were attempted twice within that first year, and assuming it was resolved, we installed flooring over the concrete slab. Two years later, water began seeping through the floor seams. We had to tear up the floor and found significant water damage. The leak was not properly fixed and water had continued to accumulate under the floor. I contacted StyleCraft who told me to call the company that installed the room. They came out three times and caulked everything they could. The technician noticed a split in the seam, tried to caulk it but it still leaks. The technician also informed me that although they built the room, StyleCraft installed the post. StyleCraft now claims 3 seasons rooms aren't waterproof and I should expect some water to come in. However, this issue is more than just a small leak and it has existed from the moment we moved in. I'm now left with a room that consistently has water in it. StyleCraft's work is subpar and their refusal to take responsibility should be a warning to all who are considering buying from them. This is not a warranty issue, it's a matter of poor workmanship and failure to stand by their product. According to Stylecraft, this is "normal".

Special Kudos to all their Building team, from folks like Milton (seller), Melissa and Lisa (design center agents and really very nice to work with them!), the whole overall project manager (Patrick), but very special thanks to Larry (Onsite Project Manager) who were very understanding of our concerns and always delivered on all issues that came up during the entire construction time.
