Seems like major lack of training on due diligence on customer profiles and administrative knowledge of the system/memberships for consistent customer experience. Have gone to location in short pump area and intend to continue to go there, but was signed up at this location and has been like pulling teeth until I got a hold of Madison! Was so excited to finally treat myself with my second massage ever and the free facial they include as a first month option. (This is not available to transfer to other locations nor a massage...I would have done so in a heartbeat if could do either as this location is 45 min from me. I understand that though, of course, makes sense.) I work and study very long hours, and have never pampered myself much, so I was really looking forward to it. Filled out forms prior, had the best time with Ashley, was feeling relaxed and blissful, and was met by a woman immediately after walking out of my massage asking if I had gotten Botox recently, which was on my form filled out prior to arriving at the location altogether. She explained the timeline is not doable, bummer, ok. I follow up with question about light pressure and that I am a mere couple days short of the time threshold. Still no, all good! Another woman walks out and I am getting a circular talking to by both women while I am clearly growing increasingly uncomfortable to the point of tears and keep saying it's ok thank you so I can leave. Additionally, one of the women also said that it was really on my injector to have told me about this specifically a couple times...I agree communication is a virtue...why are we assigning blame everywhere else lol. Just speechless. Def a case of whiplash emotionally. The other woman at the front desk (not sure of name, also very pleasant) finally expedited the tip/check out process which I was so grateful for!! They did offer to reschedule but this was a pre-busy season gift, far away from me, and I actually cannot deal with this location again lol. Shocked Ashton Kutcher didn't pop out because it felt like getting punk'd. I never leave reviews, but it has honestly felt like a fever dream, and I imagine the franchisee would like to be aware. A shame as it was a great treat and huge step of self-care for myself prior. Excited to continue at short pump and richmond location(s) though!

I was a little hesitate and did not know what to expect because I have never heard of the business prior to receiving the gift certificate. I am not hesitant now. I am very impressed! My massage therapist was Ebony. She is friendly and truly understands the art of massage. Prior to the massage she did the body scrub. Then I left the massage room to shower off the scrub prior to massage. My skin has never felt so soft. It felt like butter. I am very tight in my neck and shoulders because I work at a computer all day and Ebony knew that without me telling her. She applied strong pressure and was able to quickly adjust pressure based upon how my body tensed if it was too much. I was sore after receiving the service and the next day. I am okay with that. The tension in my muscles felt released. I will be returning for monthly massage work.

Speaking of the stretching, that was the first time that I had stretching incorporated into a massage. The stretching was very much needed. It's one of those things that you don't realize how out of shape/ how much you needed it until you get it. I would definitely like to go back just for a stretch session. I get massages to help prevent and deal with migraines, and this smell was so strong I fear it'll trigger a migraine instead. I had to wait outside in the 90° heat instead of the waiting room. I asked and the receptionist said it was a diffuser...it didn't smell like any natural essential oils I've ever smelled and they'd probably be better off not using a scent in the common area. If they must, I would go with one that's more calming and universal like lavender.

She was professional, told me what she was doing when needed during the process so it was still relaxing. Music was great to get in full relaxation mode and the smell of lavender essential oils and i can't forget the heated table is always a bonus for me for massages especially after dressing down:) I have never received a facial before so I was in for a treat and smooth and soft silky skin. I have been seeing Nikki for several years and could not be more happy with the level of service…read morethat I have received. Immediately upon greeting her clients, she reflects on past visits to see if the issues are new or lingering. She then asks if there is anything new that needs to be addressed. During the appointment, Nikki allows the client to set the tone; sometimes I am in the mood to talk and other times, I would prefer to zone out. With other therapists, I have had to carry on awkward conversation and/or felt uninvited to talk but never with Nikki. My neck and back pain are mostly the result of stress and anxiety and Nikki does a great job at applying the necessary pressure to the areas that need the most attention. I usually opt for a full body massage but I will occasionally ask her to focus on one or two areas. In either instance, she is able to zone in on the areas that cause me the greatest pain. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. I have never had difficulty making appointments with Nikki as I have been able to make them directly through her. I am a mom and have to coordinate a babysitter to schedule my appointments and really appreciate not having to go through a third party. I would recommend Nikki for her skill, professionalism and welcoming demeanor. She really is a master!
