This small grassy area was an eye sore with dead bushes and weeds. Manuel and his crew removed the dead bushes and weeds from the grassy area, framed it out to create a concrete boarder, then added pavers in the center exactly how we asked. He very accommodating, listened to our ideas snd worked with us to transform this area. In the back he not only did a great job creating a concrete space we can now use as a patio but also removed an old wooden deck we had in the back that really needed to go. He also resurfaced the foundation wall surrounding the house. Manuel and his crew were professional and easy to work with. His price was competitive and at the end of the day my property was left clean and neat. I recommend them and will be using them again in the spring for more work needed on our home.

Called for an appointment on Thursday and Friday morning the chimney guy was at the apt ready to do his job. It took him about an hour for cleaning and inspection and he told me that the fireplace was not used much in the past and it just needed a good cleaning and lookover . Rate was reasonable and the advice he gave me for proper maintenance and care was very useful ..Was thinking about having the fireplace sealed up so I wouldn't have to deal with it anymore when the new tenant moves it but the chimney guy told me , it would be a shame to not have a fireplace especially during the winter time and a fireplace in a condo apt is rare and very cool , so fireplace stays put . If I have to go to his church he told me he goes to, I will hold him accountable with his pastor and the whole church, which is biblical. But being a phony Christian he probably does not know this and may find out the hard way.

We had a ton of work to do. We had plans from an engineer as required by our building department, in short; lots to do and a bunch of restrictions. Jesse and Lauro carefully reviewed everything with me and gave the good and bad to me straight. They were practical and prompt at every turn. The whole crew was incredible. Every single person who came was amazing and I felt like they were always giving their all. Our city made my project way more difficult than expected and Driveway Masters found a way to make it work while being available and communicative about the additional costs due to my city's additional requirements.
