When we first contacted the company, we had an estimate and appointment within HOURS (maybe 3). The price was almost twice what we paid another company in 2020, but I guess that's a sign of the times. Had to pay half at the time of making an appointment. Well, ok. HOWEVER, we did NOT expect to have to provide water hoses so the gutters could be cleaned properly. Wonder what would have happened if we didn't have any, or enough for a 2 story house?. MOST IMPORTANTLY, we got NO receipt!! Hubby had to sign a paper stating it was OK to charge for "rest" of service once the guy returned to the office, and yep, no copy of that paper either.
