This is literally life and death and she couldn't be bothered calling, checking, etc. Other issues involve no communication and promising medication and not delivering. "They had a delay" can only be used so many times. I left CVS over this stuff in the past, and now I'm reminded of why.

Called hollandaise to ensure they had meds, to which the lady responded yes they did have them but the pharmacist reserves then for regular clients, not new ones. Wow really?
