I came early in the morning to get an oil change I noticed there were three or four employees in the garage area and walked inside to order my oil changed since no one was at their drive-through station. I waited more than 20 minutes just to be able to speak to someone and then they refused to take my order inside and insisted I drive to the outside drive-through area. Now I'm 30 minutes in and still no order arranged!! Don't come here unless desperate and have a lot of time to wait!! read more

I needed a oil change and this joint was open and could get me in ( thankful ) I walked in and Ben looked me up and down over his glasses no hello, how you doing, nothing. I was banned from the store today buy a not-so-friendly, terrible employee, named AJ & his "yes-man" crony. My transgression was not putting some products back where I got them from (which happened last week). NEVER go here for an oil change. My wife was there for 4 hours, with an appointment and with our 1 year old. A time before this they "plugged a hole", sold me a new tire The next day because it was still leaking air, went somewhere else and it was just a valve soon. These people suck read more

I wish I could rate it lower but I go. I had the worst shopping experience in the " Supercenter" that I have ever had. The pharmacist was a rude man from the get go I made a mistake and he started talking down to me like I was a kid instead of a Vietnam veteran. Very rude butt wipe. There were no cashiers except at self check out. A lot of people standing around but no service. I got home and realized I had left my walking cane in basket and called right away. No one in customer service answered phone after 30 minutes of waiting. I might go to hell before I will visit the Chinese outlet again. Worst service I have ever run into. First of all I would like to start by saying! I quit going to Walmart a few years ago because I got tired of going to the store with people carrying guns I don't wanna be in a public place with people carrying guns not that I don't believe in guns however I don't know who you are I don't know what training you've had and I don't want to be around when you start shooting off because you think you have the right to do. so next I decided to try their online service by the trial they were offering so I ordered my first order of groceries not an easy process which is true with any app that you used for the first time, I guess I did finally figure out how their app and then proceeded to place my order they couldn't deliver it until the next day that's fine I didn't have a problem with that they said they were working on my order then they said they had to substitute items which is fine they said they couldn't deliver a few items but they could deliver them for free that's fine, then they said that my groceries were being picked up by somebody by the name of blah blah and that they would be here within their time range, then my groceries didn't show up then I get a message saying the delivery driver canceled my order not sure how they can cancel my order I did tip them maybe not the tip they wanted which is probably the problem maybe I don't know you're only driving from my My local store just down the street it's not like I'm gonna give million dollars for that I thought a $10 tip was pretty good would be for me however maybe she had another problem I don't know but anyway if I was the manager of that store and I've heard this or anyone should take this to note I would've gotten my car and delivered the groceries myself and apologize for the mishap but I can't tell you how many emails I got in a row of all these different things that were going on and I'm like trying to figure out what they're doing not the best experience I'll never shop or likely never shop at Walmart again not that other stores don't have the same problem because believe me they do it's just how people are dealing with things today and I just don't really care for Walmart and the way I was treated last bit on this I'm reading it every day online some delivery driver complaining about not getting tips, tips are for extraordinary service by the way you're not working in a restaurant your delivery driver we don't usually tip like UPS drivers and FedEx category as with them. you should be appreciated of a tip Nobody is responsible in giving you one , you took the job based on a salary be happy with that or don't take the job, tips are extra or don't take the job at all I just saw online Delivery drivers talk about I just turned down deliveries because the tip isn't big enough is why I'm suggesting anybody with a business don't allow them to see what their tip is before they've delivered tips are based on service is what tips are based on, not prior to and I believe in tipping so don't get me wrong I hope if you take the time to shop at Walmart that you don't let this crap happen to you and that you will take the time to call the corporate office because nothings going to change without complaints just so you know I don't get today and how people think. Wish I could rte the curbside pickup lower. Rude. Was checked in twice by two different people. Placed my order Friday and got a 1-2 pm slot on Sunday for pickup. Got to walmart first told order was not in the system, then it was, then it wasn't ready and might take up to 30 minutes or longer (mind you I had 6 items), and then was checked in again and told that it would be ready when it was ready because they hadn't picked it yet. Also told that they had hundreds of orders to fill, and when I asked does that mean you don't honor the time slots I got a look for the answer. Finally had to cancel the order because of the fantastic service and then was told that the guy who could cancel wasn't there right now. Don't like going to walmart anyway, but this just confirmed why I can't stand the place. Well at least this one. Worst experience ever. read more

I can not even begin to tell you how difficult it is to get a prescription filled at this location. Just moved to Columbia, TN and have always used Walmart for my scripts. At the Columbia, TN Walmart you have to 1st check to make sure your script is what the doctor ordered. Then if you don't have insurance and you use GoodRX you have to tell them so they can redo your script paperwork for that. Than you go to another line to have the script rung up. Then go to another line for the Pharmacist to ask you if you have any questions. Why can't they do everything at one time with one person? :-( To much trouble. Going to Kroger's. read more

If I could go lower than one star I would. The service at the grocery pick is an absolute joke. I was there an hour and 15 minutes last night waiting on my order. After waiting 40 minutes I called the store manager to see what was the issue. He stated he would go check it out but the entire time I was in line with 20 other customers I saw only one person working and he only brought out 2 orders in 40 minutes. I called the pick up number again and the recording came on that it was closed. After trying to reach the store manager again with no luck . Finally someone brought out my on line order but she didn't know it was a pay when you pick it up and had to go back in to get a scanner for my card and after another 20 minutes she was a no show so I left . Communications with your customers will go a long way if your business is having tower problems and just plan understaffed. I sent someone this morning to pick up my package and when he pulled up and called the number on the sign he got we are closed at this time recording. I once again had to call the store manager to make them aware that they have issues with the pick up delivery service once again.. This was my first and rest assure my absolutely last time I will ever use Walmart's pick up service. Communication and staffing is everything in a customer based business. read more

My husband was just trying to buy 3 batteries and exchange 1, things did not go well, they would not do an exchange even tho the side of the old battery was blown out. Ok so he did not have his receipt! He decided to just go ahead and purchase the 4th battery (he needed a total of 4) but was actually accused of trying to steal it by the customer service manager!! Why would he bring it to customer service if he was trying to steal? She actually wanted to see his receipt where he had purchased the other 3 standing in front of the customer counter. She also represented herself as the store manager, but unless there has been a change in staff, I know that Richard Baugh happens to be the store manager so it looks like she misrepresented herself, or is that called lying??? The management team at this store is very rude and we will be buying our batteries else where in the future. I'm pretty sure they do not even care though. I just had to vent some. read more
