They offer all mail services, so you can choose the option that works best for you or that is cheapest. You just have to ask what your other options are. The person behind the desk is pretty knowledgeable and suggests options based on weight and tracking availability for the package. I was thoroughly surprised that he was trying to suggest options.

We have scheduled our carriers' drivers to come pick up the packages daily at our warehouse, but sometimes their trucks are either fully loaded, or doesn't come on time, so we took some of the light packages to Mail and More and have them to pick up by their routine drivers, they handle them well, & they never complaint about it.
