Quick and easy drop off if you already have a label. I was able to get in and out faster than I had thought because the person saw that I already had a label even though they were helping someone else at the same time. I can't really speak to value as I only needed to drop off a package that already had a label from my company, they seemed to be trying to recommend cheaper options to the lady in front of me though. They offer all mail services, so you can choose the option that works best for you or that is cheapest. You just have to ask what your other options are. The person behind the desk is pretty knowledgeable and suggests options based on weight and tracking availability for the package. Excellent service! Every once in a while I need to ship something (usually letter size or smaller) to Taiwan. I had been going to the UPS Store in Monterey Park, but since I've been in Diamond Bar more, I decided to give Diamond Mail a try. At the UPS Store, the least expensive way to ship to Taiwan is DHL. At Diamond Mail and Shipping, the gentleman recommended Fedex based on his discount. To ship a letter (on Monday), it was $75.62 and would get to Taiwan on Thursday. Just for fun I asked what the price for DHL would be. He calculated it would be $75.22 and it would get there the following Tuesday, so it was much longer. Needless to say, I went with Fedex. We came to take passport photos on a Friday evening, 15 minutes before closing. The guy was so friendly and patient taking pictures of our family of five. He took multiple pictures of each of us, giving us tips to angle our faces differently for the best photo possible. And he stayed open past closing time to print out the pictures, showing me all of them before cutting them to make sure I was happy with how they all turned out. Come here if you'd like to pay for overpriced packaging supplies. There's never usually more than one or two customers, and the owner Steve is actually really friendly and helps with your packaging. This place wouldn't be my first choice because it's a little expensive, but I usually come here every so often to buy boxes because it's conveniently close enough to justify spending the little bit extra, but no longer. He ran out of a box that he usually has in stock so I had to go one size up for two packages. To fill in the extra space, he used paper, which he charged $3 for with no mention that it would cost anything. It looked like packaging material scraps he was keeping around from opening other packages. Keep in mind this is because he ran out of a box that would have fit perfectly. So imagine my surprise when he rang up the total amount. I could have filled in the space with regular newspaper for free, and when I asked him about why it was so expensive for the paper he just smiled and laughed. Well, I guess it's also funny to lose business. Time for me to look for a better nearby option. read more
