Their office suite is in the Diamond Star building in Hmart plaza on the 3rd floor. Call in advance to set up a time to go and have all of the docs ready. The cost was $260 for everything - on expedited return. Efficient, responsive, gets the job done pretty quickly. Their prices are a bit more expensive, but they'll take the stress and annoyance out of having to apply for a visa yourself - unless you'd rather DIY and go through the cumbersome process on your own!

At their office Peter guided me through the application and then took a picture. Since I lived a bit further away I asked for my passport to be sent to me after my visa was approved. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Since the fee turned out to be less than another service I looked into I thought it was reasonable. Peter said it would take 10 days, so I was surprised to receive a text on Friday that my visa was ready, and I received my passport on Monday. The whole process only took a week.
