if you are expecting to get something delivered through XPO, expect to be disappointed, angry, frustrate...just pick one. After ordering a top of the line piece of exercise equipment, XPO has setup two delivery dates which I have taken work off for. they never showed up either time, noting that "no one was home". Hard for them to stand by, since I have cameras on my house, and I was here. A dozen calls to them, and more promises to deliver with nothing. cancelling the order and noting the reason as XPO with manufacture. So many stories like this from people about XPO. The Fargo, ND location has "lost" 2 separate orders in the past 2 months. The most recent order has been at the Fargo,ND location for almost a month and was scheduled to be delivered today. Now I am told I need to reschedule delivery but they can't get ahold of the Fargo office so they are unable to schedule the delivery. HORRIBLE business to deal with. This has literally been the worse company I have ever worked with in my life, and I have had plenty of bad experiences to compare to! I ordered a dishwasher from Samsung the first week in January with an expected delivery date of the week of January 15th. I still have not received my dishwasher as it has been sitting in a warehouse in Fargo, ND since they received it on January 8th. When I called to schedule a delivery time, they told me they only deliver to my area once per month. I live 2 miles from I-94 and only 145 miles from their warehouse in Fargo, ND. It is now March 29th and I still have not received my dishwasher. I had a scheduled delivery date on March 25th. No one showed up. I spent two hours on the phone with XPO and Samsung on the 25th and was told this would be taken care of. it is now the 29th and I still don't have a dishwasher. This has been a nightmare. Every customer services agent is in India and each of them reads from a script and their only resolution for problems is to "email the local hub and get back to you in 24-48 business hours". Which by the way, that makes very little sense. I can't believe any reputable company would use this delivery company. Oh, and I was told my dishwasher was delivered this morning. Nope. Not there. When I called customer service, I was given the same quote from above. I am sure someone else in my town is loving their new dishwasher! It seems to me that maybe we should escalate this when you have apparently dropped off the dishwasher at someone else's house. My guess, it never left the warehouse in Fargo. Are there even staff there or is it in someone's garage? Do they have phone service??? I see they have a nice canned response about taking care of all these problems. Our local XPO branch is a nightmare. They are impossible to get a hold of, when you get someone on the phone they hang up on you or they tell you that they can't help you because it's the "Last Mile" service and give you two random cell phone numbers that go unanswered. We spent hours on the phone with them and the retailer we purchased from (Living Spaces, I do not recommend) trying to figure out where our sectional was and it took nearly a month (December 28th to Jan 26th) to figure out it was lost and that's all we will ever figure out. No follow up, nothing. How do you lose an entire sectional? read more

I ordered a Peloton and they delivered it. They called and could delivery it early. They were very courteous, easy to work with and did a great job! They even dusted off my bike because it got a bit dusty in their truck. read more

I ordered furniture from Costco. They showed up ahead of the scheduled time, but called and I was home, so no problem. Set up the furniture in about 20 minutes. Friendly, courteous, and efficient. Can't ask for more than that. read more

The peloton delivery/install was quick and they delivered the bike earlier than expected. The only complaint that I have is that they did not provide or include the manual. There was no paperwork provided. I asked the delivery guys and they said they didn't have one. Other than that everything was fine. read more

Cabinets were scheduled for delivery two weeks ago, they have not arrived. Cannot get anyone in Fargo to answer a phone call or email. XPO customer service is no help at all, they place blame on cabinet company, saying it's up to us to reschedule. That is hard to do when no one at XPO knows what is going on. We are having a family reunion at our place in July and now our kitchen will not have countertops or a sink. First world problems I know but nevertheless, THANKS XPO! read more

I signed up for my Peloton bike to be fixed on February 8th, and XPO never showed up or even had the decency to call. Absolutely zero communication. I spent hours on the phone with Peloton and XPO and everyone basically said their hands were tied. They rescheduled me for an entire month later without even communicating it with me. I had to call to figure out when they were coming. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because when they did actually show up they did a good job. I hope Peloton figures out that they need to be doing these repairs and not XPO...these things need to be taken care of in a timely manner for how much we pay for the bike!! read more

THIS IS THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! my package was originally scheduled for May 26 - The product arrived in the warehouse on May 27 (a day late for the delivery) and subsequently they were not able to deliver it as originally scheduled. They were not able to reschedule the delivery for 11 days (June 7). At 7 AM on June 7 I received a call that stated the delivery would occur between 3 PM and 6 PM ON THAT DAY. At 9:30 AM, I got a call telling me that they have to reschedule my delivering and that it would no longer be delivered on that day!! I contacted the company and there's nothing they could do other than offer me a June 14 delivery. I contacted Amazon who also contacted XPO and reported that they would be able to deliver this product to me on June 9. On June 9, I received no information regarding delivery timing and at 9:30 AM I contacted XPO asking them for the updated delivery time as I had to tell the individual who was excepting the delivery what time the product would arrive. I was informed that the product again was not going to be delivered. After contacting Amazon again, who also contacted XPO, XPO told the Amazon customer service rep that they would deliver the product the next day, June 10. At 5:45 PM on June 9, I had not received my timeline of delivery yet for June 10 despite the fact that all of the recorded messages indicate that the message of timeline would be provided for the customer in the "afternoon". within one hour, I had another message that the product was NOT going to be delivered again on June 10. It appears that they tell this information to the Amazon rep to get them off their back, and then subsequently contact the customer and cancel the delivery. I now have an offered delivery time of June 15 (19 days after it "supposedly" arrived in their warehouse - makes on question whether this is a complete fraud and they don't actually have the product). Since the delivery time has been rescheduled so many times, the individual who was going to initially except the delivery is no longer willing to do so and now I have to drive 3.5 hours to get the delivery, if it ever does get delivered. This is the worst service I have ever received from a delivery service in my life. On top of that, the XPO contact information appears to be for a more national base company and they are not able to contact Fargo, North Dakota warehouse via phone call (despite modern day technology). They will tell you that they will provide you with the number , but they will also tell you that they will not answer that number. This morning, when I spoke to the XPO supervisor, he told me I can leave the deliver as is, as a timeline of delivery today (but in the same breath tells me it won't be delivered today) or I can change the delivery date for you. Totally unprofessional, rude, and in my opinion unacceptable customer service, particularly from a manager. I contacted the another company who is shipping another bulk item to me, and will cancel the order if it is going to be going through this company!
