Ryan & Denise Photography were so amazing to work with! I spent so much time researching potential photographers to capture my husband's and my wedding day. I don't even remember how I came across Ryan & Denise's Instagram, but I am SO GLAD that I did! A lot of the pages I had come across had a portfolio full of photos that were edited with either a yellow tinge or overly contrasted. I know nothing about the right verbiage to describe their editing style (lol), but it aligned with what I was looking for - light and airy/whimsical, while still remaining true to color. When I reached out to them, they set up a Skype call that my husband, my parents, and I joined. From the start, both Ryan and Denise were so personable and sincere! Going into our own marriage while working with a married couple/photographers was so fun! You can tell that they have so much love and passion for each other and their family, which made us all feel so comfortable! As we got to know each other on the call, we felt so solidified in our decision to work with them. They are confident, organized, detail-oriented, and very talented! They photographed us for an engagement shoot, which I would highly recommend! This helped us become familiar with different poses and also simply validated our decision to work with them even more. They worked out a whole timeline of our wedding day, from start to finish, and which pictures we would capture when. Their initiative and organization truly alleviated a lot of my stress! On our big day, the bridal party was running a tad late to the venue, and we also had a little snafu with the flower delivery (couldn't find where the bouquets were dropped off). Despite these events, Ryan and Denise were able to keep us on track with our timeline. When it came time for Ryan and Denise to review the photos from our big day, they reach out to immediately notify us that they realized we missed something on our "shot-list". Amidst all the chaos of running late and whatnot, we forgot to photograph the ladies in a group picture. I did, however, still get all the individual shots as the bride with each bridesmaid and my mom. We appreciated them being forthcoming and "owning" the mistake and sincerely apologizing for it. We purchased the wedding album package that includes 30 pages/15 spreads, and they added 6 more pages/3 more spreads as a little gift to us - such a nice touch and kind gesture! Cannot speak highly enough about our experience working with Ryan & Denise! My now husband and I had a small elopement with immediate family only and have the most gorgeous photos to remember our day! Wow! Ryan and Denise were so amazing for our engagement session and wedding day photos. We were a bit nervous about choosing a wedding photographer over the internet but had no choice since we live in San Diego and our daughter's wedding was in Scottsdale, AZ. Not only are these two BEYOND talented, they are THE sweetest and most genuine human beings imaginable. Of all the vendors and details of the wedding, these two were by far our favorite!! They are always quick to respond, flexible, and incredibly professional. They made sure to prepare (with us) plenty of time prior to the wedding to ensure that all of the photo ops ran smoothly and included everything my husband and I wanted on our special day. Not only did they provide us with the most amazing photos, but these two truly brought a sense of ease and calmness to our day. I was so excited to see Ryan & Denise again at my sister's wedding this past weekend.
