I knew that finding the right realtor for me was going to be key for me during the home buying process. I started looking at houses this past winter, but I didn't have high expectations that I would find anything for at least 10+ months. Because I expected an extended timeframe, ensuring my realtor was someone I would enjoy being around was critical. Luckily, Krissi showed up as her authentic (and fun) self. It didn't take me long at all to realize I made the right choice to have her as my realtor. She ran all over the place to close the deal for us (to the city, to the title company (and set up the escrow in Cali so we could sign docs), to meet my tenants, to meet with inspectors at the property, she had excellent repairs folks at her fingertips (i.e., when the bank wanted electrical and plumbing fixed prior to funding/closing), etc.).
