We really like Dr. Ryan Lindsay and Dr. Bob Lindsay and have had both our kids in their care since…read morethe day they were born. Reading these other reviews, I'd say if you're not on board with vaccinating your children then don't go to Ada Pediatrics. It's as simple as that and doesn't warrant a 1 star review to them because your preferences don't match their life commitment to modern medicine. Dr. Ryan is always available via email if you have any questions about your kids. With our first, I was full of questions as most parents are and he was always so kind in his responses. I honestly prefer to reach out to him then call in and catch whoever is available (can be a hit or miss). I did have to call in once after hours about a concern and the doctor on call (neither Ryan or Bob) was a bit rude and condescending but I've never had to come across him again. Their staff for the most part is very friendly, I love their nurses. They are a bit archaic with technology but have just started automated confirmation via text or phone call with appointments. Their office doesn't look like it has been updated for 20-30 years, which honestly doesn't bother me. I am more concerned about my children's care then how beautiful and modern their building is. I'd say they're doctors for all the right reasons and that's why we take our children there.

It's been over 2 years now and we still haven't been able to find an office and physician as amazing. Hopefully one day we'll move back and continue to take our son to this office.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I have had my kids come here for years (even when locations changed) and…read morealways leave feeling like I was heard and cared for when it came to their needs. Recently I needed to ALSO find a provider with my own personal needs as a mom/women, and made an appointment with Erin Shumard. SHE WAS SO PATIENT, and truly listened to all my concerns/questions and didn't make me feel silly with not knowing certain things. I have had pretty horrible experiences in the past with doctors out of state, and so finding the right one that could understand that I'm a BIG BABY and just someone that didn't make me feel like another number was important. I feel so so so blessed to have found them! 10/5 stars.

My daughters have been patients of Dr. Miller's for 7 years and while we love her as our doctor…read morePrimary Health has become more interested in what they can get away with charging rather than providing quality care. Most recently my daughters came in for their annual well exam and because my teen daughter asked a question about acne during her visit, they charged us an additional $375.00 office visit on top of the well exam office visit that they billed for. We have also had problems over the last 2 years with the urgent care doctors refusing to treat ear infections and sinus infections because they don't want to prescribe antibiotics. At one point we had gone into the facility 3 times in the course of a month and a half because our daughter's ear was not getting better. Each time paying for an office visit for the same issue and having them tell us there was nothing they could do. When her ear was finally so swollen she had lost complete hearing in it they gave us antibiotics and within days the infection cleared up. By the time we finally got the treatment she needed we had a bill over $1000. Unfortunately, it looks like it's time to find another doctor and facility.

I have been going to Dr. Adams for a couple of years now, and I find him knowledgeable and…read morefriendly. It's the office staff that falls short. I have sat and watched them many times, and I simply think they are so short staffed that they get as frustrated as their patients. I have been misdiagnosed and diagnosed correctly at different times. I NEVER go there for urgent care, they always send me to ST. Al's anyway, so I just cut out the middleman (depending, of course on the issue). Unfortunately, the front desk seems to be the captain of the ship, and that captain is handicapped with their working environment and being overworked; I assume for the sake of saving $ and hiring as few as possible, then they can only deliver poor customer service. (I may be wrong, but if you read the bad reviews here, I think you will see the same frustration).

I ran out of refills for my CGM's (and didn't learn so until the one I had on expired) unexpectedly and my primary doctor was busy and unable to respond, so I urgently booked an appointment (for 15 minutes later) to request a refill. Upon checking in they informed me they wouldn't refill it, because I didn't have a primary care physician with them. The provider also came out and told the lady at the front desk that she can't because she doesn't want to deal with pulling my medical records and my diagnosis. I was clearly frustrated (because it's a life or death situation where I can't afford to go any amount of time not tracking my blood glucose just like all insulin-dependent type-1 diabetics) and asked why they wouldn't do that and if there was another primary health that would. The lady at the front very rudely snapped at me and said she doesn't know anyone that would refill my cgm and that I need my pcp or a dr that specializes in diabetic diagnosis (as if I need to be diagnosed again). Clearly seeing I was distraught at the danger this situation was presenting, she decided to make another snappy remark about the paper I was filling out. Wouldn't recommend going here unless you are in the mood to waste your time and money and risk your health. This clinic and their employees are an absolute joke, and I'm honestly very shocked they're completely fine taking on the liability of something like this all because the provider is lazy and incompetent.
