Had Handyman connection take out a lock set with deadbolt. Jack was the installer. One out and one…read morenew lock installed. When the new deadbolt was installed it would not close properly. The deadbolt would hit the striker plate on the jamb.I would have to pick up handle and put my shoulder and turn and striker so it wouldn't hit the striker plate. I called Jacks boss Dan as Jack didn't know how to fix this and offered to have him come take a look at the issue. Dan refused even though the office is less than 3 miles away. I asked if he could send a different installer as Jack could not figure out the issue. Dan refused !! Unfortunately the handyman connection doesn't think customer service is important and at this time I have yet to get the issue resolved.
