This issue, there is no doubt, it's their work for improperly installing it. I'm disgusted Rob Norton will not return a call. I used a different name and number and a different reason for calling inquiring about a new system. He called about 15 minutes later as he was under the assumption I was a new client. I got on phone, toldnhim my concern. He said he would be out, never showed. So he had faulty intentions. Unfortunately , his business address is a single residence as I was physically going to go to the business. I understand things go wrong, but a professional business should deal with issues in a professional manner. Next Now to proceed legally. May call "Ben has my Back" I am not giving up! The garbage disposal we picked out didn't fit at first, but after several attempts he was able to install it without damaging our cabinets. The previous homeowner left the bathroom sink clogged but after snaking it, everything worked perfectly! The plumber was patient, kind, and kept me updated as he was facing roadblocks. I'm glad he didn't give up on the garbage disposal! We would definitely work with Ford again!

He stopped by and gave us a quote which was very comparable to other quotes we received. We decided to go with Michael and a few days later (before our scheduled installation date) our boiler/heating system completely broke and we had no hot water. He again stopped by and looked it and offered to try to fix it temporarily. We appreciated the offer but we just waited for the scheduled installation date that we had already set. Michael had said it would take 3 days to install and it took 3 days. He arrived on time every day and worked all day in the very hottest of days. His subcontractor/electricians came on the last day and they were polite and on time. We asked them for their business cards in case we needed future electrical work. I've attached a photo of his work. Disregard the flooring as that where the old equipment was.

John came down almost immediately & assessed the situation. I needed a different company to handle the deep clog with an industrial snake. John made a recommendation for a company to remedy my dishwasher/clog issue. He then promised to return on a Saturday to help me with the disposal. 1. John was prompt & professional. 2. He knew what he could fix and where I'd be better being serviced by a different company for my other issue, which I respected. 3. He came back to install a new disposal on a weekend to help me. I recommend this company if you want things done the right way the first time.

Called at 5am and got the call center. They took all my info but got no response. Had to figure out how to shut down the water and unit myself while cold water was spraying everywhere. Called back again at 8am and got call center again. They said they sent the message and tech got the page at 5am when I originally called. Yet no call back from the tech or anyone! Had to call back again at 9am. This time got the office. The woman on the other end couldn't have cared less that my basement was flooded, I had no heat or water, that we're regular customers and that no one called back. She said the tech was on vacation! So why have a calling service if you're not going staff it appropriately or care to respond? Frankly if the tech called me back and said he was on vacation I would have been fine with that so I could have moved on to another emergency service sooner. Good service and communication really isn't that hard.

I've had my ups & downs with plumbers over the years, and was feeling relatively secure I had…read moresomeone to call on as necessary but now my former plumber won't drive the 40 miles from his house to mine any more without a signficant surcharge (really? it's only 40 miles) and a wait of more than a few days to arrive. Without a super-solid review I could latch on to, I was hesitant to work with someone new, but I needed to fix a couple of leaky toilets. I called Mayflower Plumbing at 9:00am, explained the problem to Donny, and said I had only a small window of opportunity to get the work done, so he suggested that he come by and look things over the same day -shocker #1! And he was exactly on time, accurately updating me with his ETA as the appointment time drew close, and arriving exactly on time as promised- shocker #2! These guys are great! Polite,calm and courteous, Donny arrived and introduced himself, looked things over and immediately made me feel significantly less stressed . He explained how he was going to figure things out and introduced his brother Paul, equally courteous and professional. They got to work, organized and explaining things to me along the way. They began to diagnose the problems with two toilets, and as Donny said "we won't fix what isn't broken" so I felt that the leak would be fixed and realtively confident that I wouldn't be paying for work that wasn't necessary. Turned out to be a very minor problem (woo hoo) easily (and less expensively) fixed without a major overhaul. Turned out they left my toilets fixed as well as cleaner than when they arrived! They worked neatly, and in less than 90 minutes had fixed everything, picked up every last bit of trash, installed new toilet seats, dropped the trash in my garage as I asked them to, and even replaced the little zen garden I keep on the tank of one toilet that I had removed before they arrived. Plus - they came in well under $200 (shocker #3) for the whole deal which made me very, very happy. They back up their work, they're professional and experienced and didn't 'fix anything that wasn't broken" as Donny promised! Now that I found a new plumber, I'm already planning the next project without stress!
