Then they went back in and reinstated my policy to change it to the 5th to charge me for the 1 day they didn't collect before sending the refund. So because they made a mistake I have to pay for it according to Julius in the dispute department after having to call 3 times for getting hung up on, then being placed on hold for over 15 minutes.
