Ryan had a great initial presentation and followed through on everything we discussed at our first meeting. He told us what needed to be done to prep the house for selling (even what color paint to use), what to expect from buyers and how we would handle the offers. This was a corporate relocation and timing for us was everything. With a son in middle school we wanted him to finish his year and move over the summer. We took Ryan's advice on timing and prepping the house in anticipation of listing with him. He wanted to do a "coming soon" in early March which generated a lot of buzz on the first day. He put it on the MLS that night, had 6 showings between Friday and Sunday with two offers (and a third on the way) by Monday. We discussed every offer on the table pros/cons and ultimately we decided on one.
