We met with Heath at PTM at the suggestion of our realtor. He was incredibly nice, incredibly helpful, and willing to answer any questions we had. When we had an offer accepted, one condition was that we close in three weeks. Within 24 hours of the offer being accepted, they had a lender for us, initial mortgage estimate documents, and a list of everything they needed.
