As first time home buyers, we were quite overwhelmed with the entire process, from start to finish. Our first task - post finding a realtor - was getting pre-approved. We met with Heath at PTM at the suggestion of our realtor. He was incredibly nice, incredibly helpful, and willing to answer any questions we had. Most recently, in our property purchase, Jim Evans helped us to move step-by-step through the process and all was done electronically. In cases (refinance) where we needed to physically sign documents, he came to our home. Jim was very proactive in providing us with a list of key items we needed to collect and provide, processed our information quickly and ensured all necessary documents squared away well ahead of our settlement date.
