All the doctors on staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and go to great lengths to make sure their patients are comfortable, informed, and well cared-for. While I've also seen the other doctors in the practice once or twice, my PCP is Dr. Melrose, and he's delightful. An affable guy without any of the arrogance that you often see in other doctors, Dr. Melrose -- and his angel of an assistant Charlene -- both take wonderful care of their patients. He never makes you feel like you're taking up valuable time, and is perfectly happy to spend as much time as needed with each patient. The front-office staff is very friendly and welcoming as well, and the clinic itself is clean, brightly-lit, and quite nice. Best of all, I've never waited more than 10 minutes for an appointment, and 95% of the time, I'm seen within five minutes of walking through the door. My only regret is that I didn't switch to GVFM sooner. So long as I live in this area, I'll never, ever go to another practice. LOVE these guys!

She scheduled blood tests and said she would call me with the results. I received blood test results via internet and noted multiple liver, kidney and glucose results were OUT OF THE NORMAL RANGE. Plus all FOUR of the abnormal blood results MATCHED MY CONCERNING SYMPTOMS. I waited a day then called the office and asked to speak to the PA however, the PA was busy. 30 mins later some unknown person called me and told me the PA said there was no problem. Then she told me I had to reschedule because I was 15 minutes late and the earliest I could be seen was a month away (!). Another time, I called to speak to a nurse at 10am and left a message. I didn't get a call back for over four hours (!). After she spoke to the doctor about my symptoms, she said an antibiotic could not be prescribed without me being seen (although this has been done in the past for this same ailment) and that I was welcome to visit the emergency room. I was offered an appointment the next day, but I could have been prescribed something in advance to hold me over. I've been a patient there at least 10 years. I don't think the doctors know their patients very well anymore or maybe they are overwhelmed and can't keep track of them.

She goes above and beyond her job and has helped me in countless ways. When she was out on medical leave, I saw Dr. Patel who was also very kind and understanding. I was just there yesterday and I didn't even have a chance to sit down on a chair in the waiting room as my name was called right away. Your time is valued which I greatly appreciate. They used to have an office in Coatesville which was much closer for me but it's worth the further drive to West Chester for the great care I receive. Like many doctor offices, book your appointment far in advance because their schedules get very full. I can't say enough good things about this practice and I would highly recommend Dr. Briones!

I could ask question and get answered but they were not the right answers. The most frustrating pRt about it is that I've missed. Few appointments because MEDCENTER had changed them telling me that it's on a new schedule that I will be getting and I never got one. They also are rude and like there is zero wrong doing on Med enter 100's part. It's so frustrating and I feel like there is only one doctor there who actually cares and m ones what they are doing and how to help patients in. Professional matter. She performed a laproscopic robotic hysterectomy on me in May of 2019 and I've been a patient of hers since. The care of her patients is remarkable. Dr Cory is so easy to talk to and listens with the intent of supporting you and helping you through whatever it is you discuss with her. The kindness, caring and compassion she shows to her patients is remarkable. I'm completely impressed by her in every way.

Usually that was the length of my visits, and I only saw him every 3 months. But I thought (foolishly) that he just knew us all so well.... the first red flag was him FORGETTING that I had an eating disorder, something I had told him on my initial visit. The final straw was telling him that I was planning on getting pregnant, and him thinking that he would basically have to meet my husband to decide if I was ready to reduce my medication further and have a child(!). I was so shocked I did not know what to say, but I texted my husband to confirm I was not crazy to feel this way, and wrote him a letter expressing my feelings. I'm embarrassed that I was so naive. But I needed to tell my story. I would recommend going to anyone else. This doctor needs to have sensitivity training.
