Unfortunately, what started as a great experience with Savannah and Jason, ended terribly. Our…read morequotes looked great across the board, we paid the initial payment and subsequently cancelled our prior insurance. From there, the care, attention to detail and support went downhill. All of our policies were misquoted, with coverage not being the same as what was sold to us or that of what our declaration pages provided. Our homeowner's policy took over a month to go through underwriting to come out incorrect and not even covering the full value of our home. When Jason was tasked with responding to our concerns, he deflected on State Farm's systems or that Savannah made mistakes. There was never an apology or desire to proactively communicate. When we would connect to Jason and team, it would take days for responses where ownership or again, proactive fixing was never done. We are two months into this journey and our policies are still being fixed. Jason has decided to back out of helping to right his agency's wrongs and has requested we move to a different agent. The pass off of garbage work to another agency is a true indicator of their work product at this office. We've actually laughed at how wrong this entire process has gone considering the glowing reviews Jason's office has. Perhaps we just happened to capture all of the mess ups and issues? Regardless, find yourself a referral and I hope you don't onboard a PT job managing an insurance agent who can't seem to get it together. Let alone allow someone to play with your hard-earned assets like we have-it's unsettling how flippant someone can be.
