We are owed a new pump and if my husband had not ordered one after the last time and knew how to put it on I would still be without a washer going on more then a week.. And we do a lot of wash in this family. SO when is he going to respond and say he cannot come, or he will come etc. Very poor business person at this point and I live in a rural area where repairmen are scarce esp for LG appliances and he knows this.. so what happened to this guy I have no clue but he could have found the time to answer me and also tell my friend who he asked what was our address what his plans were.

Andre and Dawson were very professional and efficient. While draining the water heater, they looked at (and fixed) another issue under a sink. Needless to say we were very pleased!
