Checked out Yelp (thanks) I took a chance on getting a ride to my hotel. Prompt answer around 1am and arrived just before promised. Edward called to give me a heads-up and efficiently delivered me to the hotel. Rick likewise had great communication to return me to the airport later. Neither of these trips were planned well in advanced but Red Raider Rides made my pick-up appointment with a smile and a cheerful attitude. When in the area and needing a ride they will be the first (likely last and only) call to get where I need to be. Thank you Edward and Rick for refreshing customer service. UPDATE 9MAR18 I've used them at least a half dozen times since the original review as have some of my co-workers. Some for rides to Monahans. Today's experience: I was picked up a minute before my appointed time. Always great service. Always available when I need a ride to or from the airport. They take appointments and keep them, not something that's universal in West Texas.

I called a couple other places, taxis and other shuttle services, but Midland was the only one able to schedule a last minute pick up so I could make my flight. The driver arrived promptly and was professional and courteous. The shuttle was clean and we made it to the airport on time. They could have charged me anything since I was in a pinch but only charged their standard fee.

Within a few minutes I had a return email and a booked reservation. The driver was great. The owner was great. Communication was fantastic and the rate was very competitive. I wouldn't hesitate to use them if we come through the area again. When you're managing a private jet trip, ground transportation is a big deal. You can make the flight absolutely perfect and if the car isn't ready or the driver stinks than that's what your client will remember.
