Hey y'all, I eat at RyderEats530 food truck last week at a food truck event in Roseville. It was so good. I ordered the Jailbird chicken sandwich, loaded Mac & Cheese, and Strawberry Shortcake biscuit. Everything is homemade. Those biscuits were so buttery . The staff was very nice and the fast came out very quick. Great Price. Highly recommend this food truck. I can't wait to come back to try something else. Disappointing experience. I brought my food home and opened it up to see no sauce was included. No ketchup for the fries. No dipping sauce for the sliders. The sliders had a hint of honey, but the dry biscuit and very lightly seasoned chicken had me needing some moisture and anything with more flavor. The fries were really poor quality too. For $20+ bucks this meal needed MORE to it. That money could have been better spent elsewhere. I think I'm done with food trucks for awhile. read more

First, the name just kinda grabbed me. We were at Brother's Tap Room, and this food trailer was out front, Chicken & Biscuits. We overheard some folks at the other table saying it was the best chicken sandwich they ever had. So we went out and ordered 2 different sandwiches with fries. Everything is made to order, so they said 15 minutes. Almost on the dot, we got our order and went back into Brother's to eat. OMG, tasty, crispy, moist chicken on a buttery biscuit! This lil food truck has really solid food. Service was quick and friendly. The fried chicken was so flavorful and had a great spice. The coleslaw had the perfect crunch too. What a great experience having Ryder's cater our Yuba Fest fly fishing event at Sycamore Ranch Park Sept 30!! It was so easy working with Ryan to get the menu set, then timing for the event. He and his team were prompt and communicative through the entire event. By the way it was not only raining that day, but there were downpours throughout the day- one right at the lunch start- the team setup and served without a hitch! The food was great- chicken Sammie's to die for and the brisket, can't say enough good- all meals served professionally and on time- breakfast, lunch, and light dinner. With the rain, Ryan stayed in touch with me to make any changes needed and the ease of working with him through this potential disaster of weather was beyond great! The people at the event expressed how much they enjoyed the food and the team that was always smiling and helpful. In fact they were amazed at how they worked with this inclement weather situation. Had a chicken sandwich at chicken and biscuits today at the bike races in Rocklin! The service was awesome and the food was delicious! The chicken was crispy on the outside, and juicy and flavorful on the inside. And not to mention that the homemade biscuit darn good! Will be craving another sandwich soon! read more

I recently ate at Ryder's Chicken food truck while we were celebrating Father's Day at Rancho Roble winery in Lincoln. Right away in noticed how friendly and accommodating the staff was! I was so impressed when brought the food to our table, so we didn't have to wait at the food truck. I ordered the jailbird...really delish! The biscuit was soft, buttery, and sweet, with a hint of salt, the chicken was tender, juicy, and crunchy, the sauce was spicy, sweet, and slightly decadent (the honey bourbon sauce). All in all a great sandwich that you want to savor and enjoy every bite! I highly recommend Ryders chicken food truck! I plan on making a return visit soon. read more
