There's something about having a refreshing drink from this place that heals the wounds of the day. My wife and I were having a pretty rough day when we visited, and entering this place immediately gave us a sense of comfort. We love the brightness of the waiting area and the aesthetic is very pleasing to us. We were greeted with groups of people sitting around tables laughing and enjoying a cold Boba drink. My wife and I placed our orders and while there is the option to do it at the kiosk, we did our order with one of the employees. Service here is great and it is reflected in the drinks. The boba pearls were pretty soft so I would've liked them a bit more chewy with more of a dense texture. The service was fine but they were confused when we didn't order at the self-service kiosk and instead waited at the front counter because we had a question. It took a little while for someone to come from the back and ask if we needed help with something. The atmosphere is cool with games and minimalistic decor but there were no employees in sight so not super welcoming when you come in. In a nutshell; pretty neat boba shop to fulfill your boba cravings in Yuba city. The shop has all the basics down for a boba shop in terms of boba choices. A nice handful of flavors to choose from. With that said, I'm not quite sure when the place opens but it feels it still in its roots in terms of finding what they can stand out with or what their Forte will be. They didn't have much food options but the bubble waffle I got that has three flavors at the time of this review was a nice addition to the boba I ordered. If I do have one qualm with the bubble waffle Is was that it seems like it just got tossed in a brown paper bag which i hope can be improved on next time. Overall the place has a neat wall to take pictures on and a rare sight of two swings indoors which can keep the kids / anyone occupied while waiting for their orders. This is such a fun place! The boba is delicious and there's an amazing amount of seating. A great place to do some work, study or meet up with some friends. I ordered the Peach Fruit Tea Boba. If I want to be picky though, there's an empty white space on a wall that could use some decor but that's not worth taking away a star. The hub and I both got Thia Tea with boba. It was really good and the sweetness level was on par with other places. Yiu can adjust sweetness by the percentage 25%, 50%, 75% more or less. Bonus, they use a dairy free creamer. Cost wise, it was a tad on the higher end coming in about $15.50 for two drinks and a 15% tip (about the same as Starbucks, I guess). read more
