Think talking to staff on the on the phone is a better price than just blindly booking online. I listed prices at the moment below with what we fit and other tips we want to remember. What we fit in our transit van: Larger than normal 3seat sofa, larger than normal love seat, bar table, 8cubed shelving, queen mattress and queen box spring and bed frames with floating shelves, huge flat screen tv, a dresser, large mirror (as big as regular 3seat sofa size), 2 ottomans, art piece and large frames, and bunch of smaller or easier to manuever items. Damages to care about has to be bigger than quarter dent, and scratches longer than dollar bill? Gas needs to be at/more than point when received or get charged for gas. Over mileage will be charged per $x what current price is. Due to covid times, they no longer drop or pick you up (ignore the phone on hold spew). Insurance: If your insurance is full coverage, then that should usually cover your car. Double check in case with specific rental you got. CARGO VAN price 3/4/22: (prices change daily) - $60/day cargo van, 200miles a day, return back. - $80/day cargo transit van, 200miles a day, return back. - One way trip cost additional $150, and $0.60 per mile over. - Customers can park their car overnight here (gated). Transit Van is a cheaper option to U-Haul moving. Rachet straps needed to secure items. = We paid $203ish for Friday 7am - Monday 7am, transit van was same price as regular cargo due to that day's deal? Or inventory? Changes every day. I went to trusty Yelp to search for the nearest tow company and came across Bala's Towing. Louie is a one man operation. He was able to meet me within ten minutes of my call, put my car on his flat bed, and tow me 15 miles in an instant. What I like most about Louie is that he is a good guy and easy to talk to. I actually think he should charge more because of the top notch service he provides. At work I deal with tow trucks and car transportation companies often, so I have a good sample size to judge from. I'd put Louie near the top of the list.

I brought my 2018 Ford Explorer in for a recall service about a month and a half ago. Before taking it in, my driver's seat was working properly and was adjusted to a higher position. When I picked up my vehicle, the seat was noticeably lower than where I had left it, would no longer raise properly, and was making a noise that had not been present before. I immediately brought it to the dealership's attention and did not even leave the Ford lot because it affected my visibility while driving. As someone who transports my children daily, this is a safety concern. During my conversation with the Service Director, Steven, he explained that they did not yet know what had happened and that an investigation would be needed. He discussed that vehicle handling during service could be one of the possibilities being reviewed. Because of that conversation, I expected a thorough investigation and a clear explanation of how the final conclusion was reached. I was later contacted to schedule another appointment. The dates offered did not work because of my work schedule, so I asked if I could bring the vehicle in on a day I had off. I was told the service department was extremely busy and that there was a good chance my vehicle would not be looked at that day, but that I was welcome to bring it in. I brought my vehicle in, and approximately two hours later I received a call stating the issue was due to wear and tear and internal binding of the seat motor. What was frustrating was how quickly a definitive conclusion seemed to be reached after I had just been told there likely would not be time for a full inspection that day because they were already booked with service appointments. I asked several questions, including whether the condition of the seat had been documented before service, whether the seat position was noted during intake, whether camera footage or vehicle handling had been reviewed, and what specific steps were taken during the investigation. I never received answers to those questions. My concern has always been simple: the seat was functioning properly before the recall service and was not functioning properly when it was returned to me. Even if the dealership believes the issue is wear and tear, I never received an explanation as to how that conclusion was reached or what investigation was performed to rule out other possibilities. Steven later informed me that Ford Corporate would be contacted and that a Ford representative would review the situation. I was told I would receive an update afterward. I followed up multiple times by email, documented my safety concerns, and even stopped by the dealership in person. During that visit, I was told Steven was not there and that no other manager was available, that they come in when they want. It has now been over a month and a half, and I still have not received a response, update, or follow-up regarding the corporate review. At this point, my biggest disappointment is the lack of communication and follow-through. If a customer is told there will be an investigation, a corporate review, and a follow-up, then there should be follow-up. I would appreciate transparency, clear communication, and answers to my questions. More importantly, I would like this issue properly addressed and resolved. I simply expected better customer service, especially with a concern that affects safe driving and the safety of my children and myself.

No agents at pickup locations, impossible to get live operators on the phone, surprise fees after return. The guys at Penske are f-ing AWESOME. They walked me through the entire process, which was a huge relief as it was my first driving across the state in a truck. Even hooked me up with a larger truck without the added cost. But where Penske really shines is their customer service. I originally booked a truck via Budget, but upon arriving at the pickup location, they didn't have any trucks. I desperately called Penske to see if they could do a same-day one-way rental. Not only did a live rep pick up the phone immediately, they even quoted me a price similar to Budget. AND I could pick up the truck within 10 minutes. That's something none of their competitors offer. Special thanks to R. Lira Martinez (found the name on the rental agreement) at this location for taking the time to slowly walk me thru the pickup and drop-off process. You rock.

I will say that the check-In process got a little chaotic because we were originally being helped out, but because the box truck didn't have a fire extinguisher inside, it delayed us since they apparently needed to install it. When it was ready, it took a while for us to get it since other customers were inside at the time (who arrived afterwards) and were being assisted. The truck was perfect (size-wise) for the move however our two main complaints were that the AC/Heater system was not working properly. The GMC would turn hot and cold at random times and the settings on the dashboard didn't work as it was supposed to. This truck was fairly brand new so we weren't sure how that was the case honestly. The other issue we didn't like was that the truck has a governor that only allows a max speed of about 74 MPH. When driving across country on highways with speed limit signs of 75 and 80, this made it difficult at times to pass 18 wheelers when going downhill because the truckers would glide downhill using their momentum while my foot would be all the way down on the gas pedal, but often be slower than the big rig. This would piss drivers off behind us, and I had no control over it. Truck was clean and did it's job, but because of a few things that we did t enjoy, we would still consider using a different truck or company.

Oh my goodness, what is happen, they play with me as I m idiot.
