Earlier in the week, I called to schedule an alignment and was told to ask for a specific individual when I arrived. When my appointment day came, I asked for that person and was told they weren't working that day--an immediate red flag. During check-in, I clearly stated that if an alignment was recommended, I wanted it done. I explained that Honda had recently told me I was in urgent need of one. About 15 minutes later, another associate showed me what I believed to be my vehicle's alignment readings and told me they were "really bad" and that an alignment was recommended. I agreed--although confused, since I had already approved it at check-in. Another 10 minutes passed, and the same associate returned with a different alignment sheet and casually told me that my levels "weren't actually that bad." I pointed out that Honda had said otherwise and that he had just told me the alignment was necessary. At that point, he admitted the first readings he showed me were from another customer's vehicle. This was extremely unprofessional and a significant waste of my time. Despite this, I reiterated--now for the third time--that I still wanted the alignment. Ten minutes later, I was told they couldn't perform it after all because they didn't have the required part. In total, this visit wasted nearly an hour, only to end with a recommendation to go to another shop down the street--which, ironically, charges more than the Honda dealership. I now have an alignment scheduled with Honda on Monday. This experience was especially disappointing given that my dad and I recently spent over $2,500 on new tires at this exact location. They are usually diligent, but perhaps being a Friday afternoon, the staff simply wasn't on their game. Regardless, the lack of communication and professionalism was unacceptable.

During install they Broke a part on my car that automatically unlocks my doors when touching my handle. They Replaced the part though which is nice and Installed Bass knob as well, but it took 3 weeks to get both parts in the shop then I had to drive all the way back and leave my car overnight for the 2nd time. And now I have noticed that my Bass knob and Amp wasn't tuned Properly. Now I have to go back to a different shop to get them to tune everything properly. Communication was not good. Took an average 4 days to hear anything back from anyone there. I did not have these problems when I went to a different Audio shop. I have seen great reviews on this place, so I decided to try these guys. Sadly, I feel I didn't get the best Quality business I thought I would get.

I always start with Yelp reading many many many reviews 1-2 hours, going way back reading reviews for companies I like is essential. Yes a LOT of work but well worth it. I decided upon North Star Car Wash (about 25 minutes from home) because of the 12 reviews/ all 5 stars/ emphasis upon " great thorough hand wash" and "great value ( Deluxe wash $20)". 1.Right off 694 and not far from 35W. VERY easy commute. 2. Appears like a small family Hispanic operation of EXTREMELY hard hard fast thorough workers 3. Starts with a high pressure soap blaster handled by the female owner along with a fellow furiously scrubbing the car with a long handled soap dispensing 12 inch wide brush. 4. You remain in the car Neutral, and the top massive huge moving brush/ mop ( with wide thick fabric pieces) most thoroughly scrubs the car top and top sides ( rare in car washes) while side brushes simultaneously hit the car sides. Very GOOD scrub. 5. Next I liked the thorough rinse then the MANY powerful air blasters ( more than normal) drying the car 6. Two fellows at the end RAPIDLY and so thoroughly hand wiped the car dry. 7. I was MOST thrilled by the TOP quality rare beautiful wax shine on my car. With a black car, I have always always sought out top quality wax for my car. Very excellent!! The entire staff kept up a consistent very high level of intense energy/ super hard efforts working on my car. They definitely go home each night wiped out! GREAT GREAT job, truly excellent rare wash. I shall be a new intensely loyal customer for years to come!!

It's immense stature was daunting at first but that past quickly. The experience with the Paul Shirley dealership was great. More than that, this truck is fantastic due to Waldoch. The truck rides smoothly, steady and straight. I could not be more pleased. I did have an issue with the speedometer calibration but that was taken care of. I reached out to the dealership and they contacted Waldoch. In one day I heard from a representative named Devon. She completely understood my issue and acted immediately. I bought a 2023 chevrolet silverado with a waldoch conversion from pilson chevrolet in clinton…read moreindiana. It has a 6 inch lift and 35 inch tires. It has had a problem with the steering wheel shaking .It took 3 times for pilson to find out one of the ball joints was not tight. All winter the passenger side electric step would not go up. I had to close door and push the step up. I took it to pilson and they fixed it. It lasted one day and it is not going all the way up. I definitely don't recommend any one buy a wadoch conversion. This truck is a piece of junk.​
