She told me she walked in and the guy kind of gave her a bit of tude, she brushed it off since she has worked in customer service before and he was probably having a bad day. Immediately after we left, he called her and said "it looks like a family of scarecrows exploded in your car." In working in customer service myself, you don't make comments like that towards customers as it can put them off and make them feel ashamed and embarrassed. We all let our cars get bad sometimes, we KNOW, we're already embarrassed, you don't have to make it worse. She called him out on it and he told her to come pick up the car. So we walked in to try to have a chat with his manager on some professionalism, turns out, he's the owner, Kyle. Instead of trying to discuss anything, he just ran to the back after being called out for his unprofessionalism. Usually, I'm not the type to write reviews or even call out a crappy customer service experience, but his attitude and disrespect was just unreal. As I was considering also getting my two cars detailed here, I no longer will be.

I purchased a gift certificate for an interior detail and tried to upgrade to a full detail by paying the difference. Instead, I was told I couldn't because the gift card was "discounted," and I would only get what I paid -- even though the certificate clearly states a value of $189. Completely misleading and honestly feels like a scam. When I tried to question it, the cashier told me to "shut up" while she called the manager. Completely unacceptable. Then the manager/owner came over and matched that same energy -- sarcastic, dismissive, and more interested in arguing than actually helping or resolving anything. And on top of all of that, the detailing job itself was subpar. My carpet is still visibly dirty, and most of it looks like it wasn't even touched -- likely just covered by a mat instead of actually being cleaned. After years of supporting this business consistently, this is how I was treated. Disrespectful staff, poor-quality work, and zero accountability. They didn't just lose a customer -- they lost someone who supported them weekly for years.

Having painted cars, I knew some were too deep to be fixed without paint repair. The interior upholstery extraction was very thorough. Tony was here for four hours. When sitting in the driver's seat this afternoon, you wouldn't know this isn't a brand new car ... I doubt it was this clean when it was new. I got the full detail inside and out and with nothing but 5 star reviews I expected alot and even my high expectations were exceeded. I wish I had taken some before pictures because it was pretty awful. The best part was the price which was far less than I've paid to have other cars done and I've never had the work performed as well.

It was a 1999 Miata that been stored in my daughters, garage and tools and toys and a number of other items put dents throughout the body of the car. After he completed his work, I could not find any dents not even hard to reach places. Ryan Anderson is definitely an artist. And his pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend his work.
