Found this spa after moving back home and needing an infrared sauna. The sauna along with the room is always very clean and sanitized. The room is provided with a chair, towels, water, cups and even a shower. The spa and rooms always smell so good. The aestheticians are always really nice and have the sauna turned up by the time I arrive for my appt. They accept zelle as a form of payment which makes checking in quicker and not having to wait to pay when leaving. They offer lots of other services as well. read more

Hidden gem in Palos Hills! I am so happy to find a place with such a variety of services so close to home. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and they know what they're doing. I was feeling sluggish and overall toxic. Nothing was helping. I took a chance on this spa and I'm so glad I did. They offer sauna and body wraps and more! My technician, Ramona suggested Pressotherapy which I've never even heard of....what an amazing experience. I noticed immediate results and now I'm on the path to better health. Went in today with two of my friends for a Forever Beauty package which included a massage, facial, sauna and salt room. I booked 2 weeks in advance. The facial and massage(Sandy was wonderful) were great. No complaints at all. They should have staffed better as 3 of us all had massages booked so we spend a lot of time just sitting around by ourself waiting for the other two to be done. It took so long that we didn't even get a chance to enjoy the salt room (only 15 minutes of the 45 minute session) as after 4 hours of being there we were starving. Another masseuse would have been great or even if they planned the sessions differently it would have avoided all the down time. As we were paying the lady seemed very annoyed with us. Didn't ask how the experience was or thank us at all!! Very disappointed! read more

Alright, so I had very high hopes of this salon obviously because it was rated so high on here. But, man was I wrong!! Well I called two days before my actual appointment for a spa mani and pedi. There were two phone numbers listed on their website to call. I called each phone number at least 3 times and no one answered. Next day, I call and I finally get an answer. They scheduled me for the following day at 10:30 a.m. Fast-forward to the day of, I get there and I am seated right away. I didn't get the name of the woman who was going to do my nails and she wasn't wearing a name tag either. I guess she was also tending to the front desk since she was going back and forth when other clients would come in. I understand that all clients need to be taken care of right away, but you would think that there would be enough people staffed for every service and one person tending to the front desk -- especially at a spa salon like this one. The woman was a little rude and seemed to rush throughout the entire service. I might sound very picky about things right now, but for the price I was paying for I wanted some great quality work done on my nails. As I watch her apply the polish on my nails, I noticed that her technique was very off and later when I got home I noticed parts of my nails that had no polish on it. I came to realize that she didn't even use the right nail polish that I had picked out. I'm not sure if their top coat polish was of low quality or old, but my nails looked so dull. I then noticed that the polish was bumpy -- two distinct layers. Even though I did not see the service was worth that much, I still paid for it and gave the woman a more than generous tip. Point is, I felt this place was overhyped on yelp. Maybe they were just having an off day or something, I don't know -- but I would not give this place another chance. I'm going to go back to getting my nails done at the mall where I can get no chip and at least a decent paint job for the same price I paid here. read more

Absolutely LOVE this salon! I have never had such a thorough pedicure, which made my feet look 10 years younger. My 'no chip' manicure has so far lasted 18 days, which has been especially nice given that I've been on a business trip. The women working at the salon are extremely sweet. Went here to use the infrared sauna and absolutely loved the whole experience. The sauna is in a private room with a private shower. The service is top notch. The facility is clean. I have been doing my manicures and pedicures here for a while now. Renata is the best. I went today and I always leave satisfied. Half way through my day I messed up one of my nails after the salon was closed. I emailed and left a voicemail to see if I can get it fixed ASAP since I had a wedding to go to. The day before my wedding I came to RZ Salon with bridesmaids and friends, ten girls total. They were so accommodating, within two hours they had given everyone a manicure and pedicure that looked amazing! We had such a fun time playing music, eating food, and dancing as we all got ready for the rehearsal dinner. The prices were fair and they even gave us a group discount. The services and prices can not be beat. Everyone was very friendly and we all loved this great little place! Today my friend and I spent an entire afternoon at this wonderful spa. This was our first time there and what a wonderful experience. We were immediately pampered with very soft robes and very comfy slippers. We started our afternoon with a very relaxing pedicure. Ramune brought us this wonderful limeade drink while we were enjoying our pedicures. After that it was time for our amazing Swedish massage! I can't say enough about Jurga, who worked out every knot in my body. My friend, also thought it was one of the best massages she had ever had also. Since I live down the street, thought I would try this place out to get a no-chip manicure. Tried going there on a Wednesday after work. The website said they were open from 10am to 6pm, so when I got there at 5:10, the only person there was a woman cutting someone's hair. Informed her that I was looking for a no-chip manicure and was told that the girls were already gone for the day. I called today (the next day) to see what time they were open (website said 10am-7pm). I was told that they are open only to 6pm and they DO NOT take walk-ins, appointments only. I informed her that the website states they are open til 7pm and accept walk-in and that the info on the website needs to be updated to reflect these changes. She simply said okay and nothing more......Goodbye...apparently they don't need my business that bad if they don't accept walk-in or can't have proper times on their website!!!! read more

what a wonderful experience - it was a sisters spa day and it was awesome - professional friendly genuine - it was my first body wrap and it was amazing. my sisters had a facial and massage their first ones and they are still talking about it. it is worth every penny- they are reasonalbe and accomodating we will be going back soon. highly recommend.
