The aestheticians are always really nice and have the sauna turned up by the time I arrive for my appt. The staff are all nice, friendly and quite classy if I might add. The look and feel of the spa is very modern and the decor is quite pretty. Everything appears clean and tidy. I've never waited more than 10 minutes for my appt when I've arrived. My esthetician always cleans/sanitizes the room before I go in. I started the laser hair removal process which takes multiple sessions for the hair follicle to no longer produce hair. I just completed my third session and even before that there is little to no hair at all on the treated area. Just a few strands. I am pleased with the laser hair removal service.
