Daniel…read moreFox, the owner, does a lot of the driving but he has a reliable team of drivers working with him. The drivers are always on time, and always courteous. I typically schedule my rides about two weeks in advance although I have made some arrangements with less notice. I like using Fox's service as it is way less stressful than driving myself. Their rates are fair. I know that I will have a courthouse, conscientious driver and a safe ride home which means a lot to me and is well worth the rates I pay.

After making two separate efforts to clarify why Precision's price quote was so high and why the Lowest Price Guarantee wasn't being honored, I went with another company. And, I'm really happy that I did. The company that earned my business, was not only comparable, but, in my opinion even superior. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. This gentleman even showed up 25 minutes early! What an incredible experience! Muhammad, I truly appreciate your response and your generous offer. The purpose of this updated review was to clarify that the company that we went with, was not inferior in any way. For some reason, you referenced Uber or a taxi service in your response. My driver texted a request for the pick up information. I provided it and received a confirmation from my driver he would be there at 3AM. At 310AM on the day of my pick up, I texted my driver when would he be arriving. He promptly replied 15 minutes. At 335AM I texted him, saying he needed to be there in 5 mins or I would drive myself to the airport to avoid missing my flight. My driver showed up at 342AM. The driver then, in my opinion, drove recklessly to the airport. He rolled through stop signs, didn't stop to make a right on red, and sped up to 90 mph on route 78 in a vehicle with both the check engine light and low tire pressure warning lights on. I understand that sometimes drivers are late, but other companies I have used have had the professional courtesy to call me to let me know they are running late. Between this lack of professionalism and the lack of safety I felt on the ride I cannot recommend On Time Cab
