The technician was able to unfreeze and get the pump going again. He gave me an estimate for a new pump and system, as he said the pump is old and now has sustained damage, but he didn't try to convince me to buy a new system today, which would have been difficult for me. I am so grateful for the quick response, the effort to fix the pump rather than telling me I just needed a new one, and the courteous service.
