I renewed my DACA there 2 years ago and was never given/emailed an copy. Now that I'm going to renew at a different location with lower rates they are denying giving me a copy or simply emailing me. I expressed to the associate I had a appointment to renew my DACA the next day and would like to either pick up or get emailed a copy but was told I had to make a appointment for the next week. Here is my experience and why I rated them a 1. I called three days throughout the week and usually I would get a recorded message that they were with other clients. I finally was able to speak to someone and schedule an appointment at 12 noon. I arrived at 11:50 the day of my appt. and the location was closed! There was no sign on the door with an explanation on why they were closed. When I called to schedule the appt. I gave my name and phone number and I did not receive a call prior to my appt. from the notary. The business hours posted on the door read; Mon-Fri open at 10:30am. I called and a recorded message says to leave a message, because they are with other clients. read more

Extremely poor customer service! I went in to get an affidavit notarized. They didn't acknowledge me nor tell me I had to wait behind 3 different people getting their taxes done. Nobody bothered to tell me there would be an hour wait. Seriously do not go here! You can get it done at any UPS store & most small postal outlets. In & out in 5 minutes! read more

I was looking for a new place to do my taxes and was referred to this place. Unfortunately I did not Yelp them otherwise I would have not bother to waste my time. I was told that due to Covid they only saw clts with appointments. The day of the appointment we were not greet and then the man who helped us asked us for our soc and asked it behind some screen that they placed. It was so unprofessional to have us yell our information to them. They took our information and then demanded a copy of our children's birth certificate, soc and report card. I have never had a tax profeso ask for my children's report card to verify the s hook they attend. I told them I didn't have all the documents and the owner / person in charge said that she would not work on our taxes until maybe 2 weeks. She was not sure and rolled her eyes when she noticed that we had additional paperwork. Anyhow, we decided not to get our taxes done by this agency. They lack professionalism and appeared to try to do more business than they can handle. read more

Horrible people! I wanted to add my coverage for my health insurance since I didn't get the letter saying I was covered until I had already done my taxes I went back and asked if I can add it and just get my money back they said no problem but I had to pay them to do it!! read more

The lady (owner) that used to do taxes was good. Now she has other people to do it and she has way too many customers (not sure why?) but the wait is ridiculous. They make you wait a few hours to get you sign in then they say come back tomorrow or the day after we will call you once your taxes are ready. Okay so the day comes to "pick up" my taxes, well taxes are not ready we sit there for two hours plus waiting. And i think they call you for no reason those two hours of waiting is the time they actually do ur taxes while ur sitting there waiting. Why do you people call that the taxes are ready? When they are not?. Also, she said that we would get money back when she did the quoting and turns out i had to pay $800. They are bad dont waste your time. read more
