The floors were still dirty in multiple rooms (walked barefoot to test, -- they must have pushed the dirt around. It's like they barely swept, let alone mopped. They came back a second time to mop the kitchen floors AGAIN, when I mentioned it was STILL dirty. Additionally , they didn't even touch the dresser surfaces in the bedroom, which still had visible marks, I wiped it down, so they must have only dusted. She also left things from the floor that were dusty in my daughter's crib! so I had to wash all of her bedding. I paid for a full service, but now I'm stuck calling another cleaning crew just to fix what should've been done right the first time. Disappointing and frustrating.
