They did a full deep clean of a condo that I just signed a lease for (no furniture moved in yet, except bed) and they did a fantastic job. All baseboards cleaned, wood blinds cleaned head to toe, sliding door jam to the patio cleaned, all windows cleaned (outside and inside), and all cabinets cleaned head to toe. I was so incredibly impressed with Tammy and her service. I was having a party and needed a deep clean on my house and I was very short on time so I turned to YELP for help. I called Tammy on Sunday, she came over on Monday, gave me an extremely fair estimate and was nice enough to work me in that same week on Wednesday. She made me feel so comfortable when talking with her I was able to leave my key for her and I had no worries about her letting herself in and out of my home. I have a rental house and need house cleaning after the tenant moved out. Tammy's team came in to make a thorough cleaning and ready for moving. The house looks MUCH newer after the cleaning. They removed the mold and clean toilets in the bathrooms. She even came back to clean again after I found out next day the oven racks were forgotten sitting outside the house. Did a terrible job for deep-cleaning my house. A few girls there did not work at all. When my husband checked up the work they did, a lot of didn't finish yet. Tammy was supposed to clean my mother's house. She said it would take 2 hours to clean. She agreed to meet me there between 12:00 and 12:30pm. My husband and I drove from Rio Vista to Stockton to be there for her cleaning. (A 45 minute drive each way.) At 12:54pm I texted her "are you coming?" She texted "loading up the car the girls will head straight there." At 1:47 she texted "Girls are heading that way now." Since we had planned to only be there until 2:30 at the latest, at 2:11 I texted her "We have to leave." She texted " Sorry about that". I had just spent a week staying and visiting with my mother, so this was a needless trip back into Stockton and a total waste of time and gas. I had rental property out in Stockton where my last tenants thrashed the place. Since I was just going to flip the house, I hired Tammy to do a move out cleaning to prep the place for renovations. Mind you when I say thrashed, I mean it didn't look like the tenants ever cleaned. Tammy said that when she is done, the place will look clean. Well we were lied to about the cleaning. Tammy and her crew did not even clean the kitchen and they left their dirty rags on the counter top and left their trash bags full of garbage for the homeowner to dispose of and they used the homeowners cleaning supplies that the homeowner just purchased for themselves. Tammy says that when they are done cleaning they will do a walk through with the homeowner to inspect their work. This walk through did not happen with the homeowner as previously mentioned. Instead of meeting with the homeowner about the cleaning. Tammy and her crew left us with the mess and took the cash envelope that we had for her when the job was completed and did not even say that she and crew were leaving. Tammy and her team are like angels sent from heaven. Originally, I had set up an appointment with another cleaning crew because our contract had ended from the house that we were renting and we wanted it to be professionally cleaned before we turned in our keys to the property management. Long story short, the cleaning crew that we originally hired didn't show up and didn't answer any of our calls. We started to panic because we only had a day left before the final inspection. We were desperate and we were making phone calls to other cleaning services but all of them declined because it was too soon.
