I hired this company to clean one room and one bathroom. This was contingent on hiring them on a bi-weekly basis. The job they did was beyond unsatisfactory. I had to hire another cleaning services to complete the job. What made matters worse was how their so-called customer services was rude and offensive towards me. They made the excuse that it was a basic cleaning and then insulted me that the room and my home was too dirty. I informed them first that I only hired then to clean one room and bathroom and not my home. I also informed them that the picture in which I sent shows the clear picture that they do below subpar work. Serrano's cleaned a ranch house that had been neglected for 16 yrs. This house was a hoarders mess. i was doubtful we could save this home. Serrano's hauled away four pickup loads of junk to the dump. It took them three days to get the house clean. All counter tops were shinny, dust and rodent droppings were removed. The bathrooms were salvageable and unrecognizable after Serrano's used their cleaning products! I was totally shocked to see the clean fixtures and bathtub. So I I'm a little type A- That said I requested several estimates from Yelp. Serrano's Cleaning Services responded an gave estimates, I was instructed to book on there web site. Which I attempted but I couldn't since it was over a month away. So I sent them a message ( they were very prompt to responding) I gave all the information as to how many rooms. Snarky response. I took 1 star away after reading a snarky response from the manager or who ever runs the yelp business account of this company. After reading and rereading the response from the company, I find it very snarky from a type of business that provides services like them. First of all, the person you mention in your response is totally incorrect. I don't know who that is and its definitely not me. On that remark, it makes your point invalid because you didn't get your facts straight. But since I'm here, i will just answer all your claims to straighten it up. I didn't ask for a 6hrs cleaning services. I signed up for the flat rate because i have certain expectations that I want to meet and i want it done. (And that was the recommendation of the person who I talk to over the phone.So I don't think I have a budget issue in that note.) Now, let me just give more information so you can get your facts right. I just bought that house and in need of SOMe cleaning. (So if your not as OCD like me you won't think that the house itself need a deep cleaning, but since I have my ways and expectation that's why I decided to hire your company.) If I really need to break it down the main concerns that I have were; the windows/ blinds (which you guys charge extra and I don't mind and they did a good job with that.) The fridge (which is another charge and as I mention on my original post didn't got clean properly until I mention it to them.) The bathroom tubs and has a left over marks from the cleaning product they use. Aside from that, the whole house wasn't bad like what i have mention because it was empty for awhile after the staging and selling process. Not finishing it with in 6.5 hours almost 7 is kind a stretch, but whatever. I was kind enough to give your crew a tip even if I find their work mediocre because I know that the job they do is not easy at all. And for you to point it out that way, it kind a rubs me in a wrong way. I still gave them a tip because that's my way of acknowledging their work weather it is good or bad. So should try to learn from that instead of responding a snarky response to your costumers. And lastly I did a lot reviews in different businesses some are highly rated and some are poor. And for those business who got poor reviews never respond the way you do. Instead they apologized and recognized for some error that's been done. And yet, in your long snarky response doesn't even have that. Instead you just apologized because it took you long time to comment on my review. That's a good costumer service there.(Sarcasm) Anyways, you wont be getting any of my business and I hope people will read the reviews very well because I just noticed that a lot of your 5stars are from people who only review your business. Nice family operation! These guys are friendly and not afraid to work. House was empty but we wanted a good cleaning and carpet shampoo before moving in. They started our house about 5:30pm as it was just getting dark. They finished about 8:45pm well into the night. They do a wonderful job and are attentive to every little thing. The first time they came (for the deep cleaning) there were several of them and they spent hours. I was amazed when I saw how they cleaned everything, including my china cabinet, all the little pieces that needed dusting, all was spotless. I am totally pleased and would recommend. They come between 11 and two, we had set up 11 but they are often a few hours later. I don't think of it as late, I think of it as they are very busy and I am sure don't know how long each job will take. If I had an issue with it I would talk to them but the time they come is not important to me. I only mention this because another reviewer said they were late several times, to me, 11 is an estimate, not a set time. Your response to my review contains several lies. I NEVER said the dogs would be put away. My photos showed obvious areas that were not cleaned, not areas that require "deep" cleaning. Your staff complained that you "never" give them any information about what we discussed/expected. If they truly told you that they did all but one room, I can add photos of the floors not vacuumed. This company was all talk until the work was actually performed. We are selling a home so it was virtually empty and we wanted a deep clean. They did a terrible job at deep cleaning - didn't even wipe down the countertops in the kitchen. We have tile flooring and they just dragged a wet rag over it. Dirty marks still left on the floor. They broke both shower heads in the bathrooms. Be very careful of the showers - not sure how they did it unless they were physically hanging on them! I called and a lady helped answer all my questions over the phone. These ladies work hard at cleaning my 2000 sq ft home. I purchased the 4 hours deep cleaning package. They did not get through everything on the list but my bathrooms and kitchen look good. When you decide to get their service, they would change pricing and policies in the last minute to suit them. I can tell from initial dealings that they take advantage of customers. On 11-21-15 I had a presecheduled cleaning (2 individuals for 2 hours). Approximately 30 mninutes prior to the cleaning time I received a call indicating the cleaners were in an accident and they would not be able to make it. Given the severity I felt bad but the called asked if the possible week was better. Wanting to get the house cleaned before Thanksgiving I asked if they had anything the next day. The caller ended up offering 1 cleaner for 4 hours the next day. I figured in 4 hours I can clean my entire house (most of it) so a professional cleaner can handle this with no dilemma. I THOUGHT WRONG. In 4 hours she managed to clean 3 bathrooms and told me at 3 hours and 50 minutes that she did not have time to finish the small half bathroom! I checked on the "cleaned bathrooms" and was livid. They were definitely not deep cleaned, it appeared that she used scrubbers and bleach because my entire home smelled of bleach! Today I received a call asking if I wanted to schedule another cleaning. I informed the caller that I was very displeased with the service and I definitely DID NOT want to schedule any other cleaning. I had a house with 1200 sf right after remodeling. They just did a surface dust cleaning leaving stove inside oven not cleaned at all and the hallway is as dirty as before. They charge flat rate of $350 for a house with 1200 sf. Or else, they call it hourly service with $90/hour. I called for a 3 crew with 2 and a half hour clean for the house. I have a new kitchen counter top just installed. Only thing need to clean is the stove. They just cleaned the surface. Any real cleaning work they didn't do. Once they are on site, they called and increase the price to ask for $350. The job is done poorly. The hour rate is just their way of cheating customer. They purposely left some work not done and wait for you to pay more to call them back. Do not deal with this company. One time cheated is good enough. Do not fall into the trap of hourly rate.
