He said he was not getting paid for all of the policies so he really did not have any interest in my issues. He allowed policies to be cancelled and rewrote them at a higher rate. He wrote an additional policy on one of my properties so it had two policies that was paid by my impounds. I went back and forth with him and he denied this. I got proof from my bank that it did, in fact have two policies. I ask him to cancel one of them and he told me it was my responsibility. I have been dealing with Allstate for over 30 years and never have experienced this type of rude and professional dis-service. Moving to another company.
