Amazing customer service! Even though it is a busy shop, when they are helping you they are making sure you get taken care of! First time I used their service was many months ago, after having my be chile vandalized they fit me in quick, corrected the mistake I made about my glass, and got out as much of the glass as possible. What a great recommendation as S & H quickly addressed the problem and had the rust treated and new windscreen installed. Professional and friendly staff, was told window replacement would take an hour, only took half the time. They found a slight imperfection on the window after install asked if I wanted them to order another or they could discount the window, honestly can't notice it at all. The lady who answered the phone (Melissa) was very helpful. And was kind answering all my question. She made sure I had transportation while they worked on my car too. I will never go to another glass place again. I stopped in unannounced today, just to ask a question about a problem I've been having with my vehicle. It didn't even have anything to do with glass and I expected them to laugh me out of the place for wasting their time, but my mechanic had examined my car for two full days and couldn't find anything, so I was desperate to find an answer before the rain started and my car started flooding again. The woman at the front counter was SO helpful and friendly and offered to check it out for me immediately! I called and got clearance from my boss to come back from lunch late and she took my car back into the garage... In less than five minutes, she came back into the lobby and motioned for me to come back and see what they had found. She showed me the problem and referred me to a place who could fix it for me. She also gave me some valuable advice since I'm new to this whole vehicle body repair process. While she was helping me, someone called and tried to get an appointment for a chip repair today. She apologized that they were completely booked up for the day and recommended another glass place they could take their vehicle to. It takes real integrity to send someone to one of your competitors because you'll lose that sale but you do it anyway, so the customer is able to get the help they need. They truly put the customer first. I wish I had gotten the woman's name who was so helpful and the mechanic in the back who explained things to me without making me feel like an idiot. It's always intimidating taking a vehicle in because I don't know any of the terms and don't want to be taken advantage of. I can't say enough positive things about this place and my car isn't even fixed yet! When I returned to work I raved about my experience and everyone was relieved that I'd found an honest reputable auto glass place they could go to, too. I WILL be back. read more

I had a chip in my windshield that was repaired (patched with resin) by S&H Auto Glass. I was amazed by the quality of the repair. It's hardly visible. There was an approx 1/2 inch crack to the side of the chip which is completely gone now. The center of the crack is visible, but not noticeable unless you know where to look. The woman at the front desk was helpful and easy to work with. The entire process took slightly less than one hour. read more

I own a 84 Toyota PU, lifted and all that. One windy day, a tree branch fell and busted my windshield. I called around Eureka and decided to go with S and H because of a competitive quote and a good review. Anyway I called and asked when they could get and replace my windshield. The women on the phone said that it would be a few days, there were booked up. Then she asked if I could drop it off that day. So I did and the next day a little before noon, they called and said that my truck was done. I would recommend S and H because of their quick, professional and affordable service. The staff is very friendly and I am pleased with their work. I though that a new windshield would have set me back more but it wasn't as bad as i thought it would be. For the windshield and installation, it was one third the price of mid city just for their windshield. read more
