I have tried cleaning my siding in the past with my own pressure washer and was never able to get it looking as great as these guys made it look. I also dreaded climbing my ladder and using my own pressure washer while on the ladder. I would also like to say that I teach from home and was concerned that it would be disruptive to my class, but it wasn't! I heard a bit of water hitting the window when they got to that part of the house, but aside from that, I wouldn't have known they were working on the house! Bottom line, I was very happy and would definitely recommend ICR Pressure Washing.

We had a realtor who was /is the worst person called a Realtor that I have ever had dealings with…read more She never shuts up, and spoke about her self constantly, she did not listen to anything we had to say, she had her secretary do all the work for her and on the three occasions we spoke on the phone, she was rude, unpleasant and her voice sounded as if either she was awakened by my mid morning call or was just plain not totally conscious for whatever reason. I will not only never recommend her, I will go into detail to anyone who asks on how I believe she has no business in the real estate business. I spent ten years as a successful realtor in Toledo and surrounding areas so I know what I am talking about.

This realtor was so bad the buyers ended up contacting us directly so we could deal with each other rather than having to work through her. If we wouldn't have dealt with them directly the deal would have fallen through. The realtor lied, was very dishonest, patronizing, disrespectful in every way and very condescending. She talked like she knew everything when it turned out she knew nothing. I can't tell you how many times she claimed something and after some research we (or the buyers) found out that the complete opposite of what was stated was actually true. The buyers got so fed up they went to the Port Clinton office to complain and big surprise, nothing was done. Worse yet, I wrote Howard Hanna and their 'regional VP' basically played the same games as the realtor (probably because she used to be a realtor herself and they apparently protect their own). I can honestly say this was the worst $2,000 we've ever spent in our lifetime and cannot stress enough to stay away from this realtor and based on the way they didn't do anything to fix the problem I'd stay away from this office and Howard Hanna altogether because if your real estate transaction has any issues, you'll end up as frustrated as us!
