As other 1 star reviews point out the customer service is nonexistent. They're happy to take your money, but be ready to be screwed if you have a problem. They're quick to blame the customer for any shortcomings in their products or service. Fun fact they say they have a 30% restocking fee for products that do not work as expected, despite the invoice stating it's 25%. Buy what you need from the big box store if you can or anywhere but here if you can't. read more

Family owed business that is awesome. I dropped a mower off and didn't know anything about why it wouldn't crank. The mower sat up for a bit and I went to another shop and was told to buy a new one. I stumbled into them because they were on the way home and I'm glad I did! They told me to leave it and they will clean it up real good and change out the carburetor. Runs fantastic and very fair price. I'll be going back for sure and they sell four wheelers too which was cool. Friendly guys and don't make you feel idiot when you know nothing about mowers. read more

I brought my lawn tractor in for annual service. They told me it would be 2 to 2 1/2 weeks. I inquired about it after 3, 5 and six weeks, and I was told each time that it was on the bench should be ready in a few days. On the sixth week I called to inform them that I was coming to get my tractor because I needed to cut my grass and they told me it would be done tomorrow afternoon and it was. After looking at the invoice when we got home, I realized they had charged me $70.00 for a battery when in fact I had just had that replaced and still had the receipt. I had to go back up to get a refund?. It started up to get it off the tractor and into my driveway and then would not start again? After inspection, I noticed that both battery nuts were stripped and would not tighten and I had to replace them. Also, the steering on my zero turn was not even, one was far ahead of the other so I called them and they told me how to fix that. And finally, when I went to go cut my grass the second time I noticed I had oil leakage on my shed floor. They had not tightened up the oil filter very poor service I do not recommend. read more

Terrible service. Doesn't call to keep you updated on repairs. Didn't even give me a estimate on when my repair could possibly be done. Had over a hundred small engines around his business that he said he still needed to work on. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. read more

They had my lawn mower for 2 and half months to change a belt. Gave it back with 100 extra miles on it. Don't use them. Horrible customer service. read more

This was the second time had dealing with them. 1st they kept my mower 2 months till I finally got it back. Came back in pretty good shape. 2nd time dropped it off at Lowe's and they sent it up. 2 months later my mower came back. Unloaded it and turned the deck on it prompt died. Did this thee times and belt came off. Put mower on lift and check under deck. Was packed with wet Bermuda grass. We don't have it in the amount under my mower deck. Cleaned it all out and got it to working then I checked the oil in my mower. There was none. I checked the hours on the meter and discovered they put 48 running hours on my equipment while they had it for repair. When I first bought it I changed oil at ten hours (breakin) after that I changed it every 40 running hours. It had 121 hours on it when I dropped it off at Lowe's. I changed all filters each time an oil change was due. These people are a snake in the grass and the State Attorney General should shut them down...!!! read more

This is a shady bunch of people! I bought new blades from them for my mower. Took the new blades home put them on the mower and it turned out not to be the problem. The crank shaft was actually the issue. I tried returning the unused blades that never cut one blade of grass but they refused to take them back. I will never do business with these people again. If they will screw you over a 40.00 part, I would hate to see what they would do with a more expensive job! read more
