I bought a brand new zero turn mower at Webb's on May 6th. I dropped off my brand new zero turn mower I bought from Webb's on June 7th because it quit running. The mower is one month old and has less than six hours on it. Being a preferred customer I was supposed to be put in front of others for repairs, who had NOT bought mowers from Webb's. Well, it finally got in the shop on June 10th. A lot of people must buy from them since mine took three days just to make it in the repair line. I called to check on the progress at the end of the workday on June 11th. I was told the mechanic doesn't know what's wrong and will have to call cub cadet to talk to another mechanic who might can tell him what's wrong. I called again on June 15th, and they still don't know what's wrong. By June 17th they finally discovered the problem with the fuel pump, and ordered the part. I called again today, June 21, and they still don't know when the part will be in and the lady I spoke with doesn't seem to be too interested in calling the company to find out when it will be here, or get a tracking number. I told her I would call again tomorrow, June 22nd so she would have time to get a tracking number from the company she ordered the part from, so we will have an idea of when it will be here. So far this company has not lived up to their word and does not follow through on their orders and repairs. It seems like they just don't care once they have your money. So far, not so good! I'm still hoping to have it out by July, so I can cut my yard before the 4th of July. read more
